Xiangyuan Hotel (Shangri-La Bus Station)

Stayed here during my first trip to China. The hotel is nearby the bus station, the entrance located in a somewhat dingy courtyard. On top of the hotel essentials (nice shower, comfortabel bed etc) the room also had a cooking plate and a washing machine, so you could make your own food and wash your clothes. In short, was great quality for the price.

Great location right next to the bus station, making it very convenient for getting around. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Affordable and great location by the bus station. Only downside was a smoking smell from the room so couldn’t sleep very well at night

It was very easy to check in and out; the room was well provided with heating, hot shower, Western-style toilet and even a kitchenette. Both clean and cosy.

This hotel is full of options. Big room, clean, laundry machine, electric stove, refrigerator, all amenities. The most important thing that is only 5 minutes walk to ShangriLa bus station. If you plan to leave a luggage at the hotel, you need to contact the staff in advance because the hotel staff is not at the front desk in early morning. Overall I love this place and if you plan to go to Dukezong ancient town, only 3 km away and only 10 yuan by Didi driver. Very convenient.
