Affordable and great location by the bus station. Only downside was a smoking smell from the room so couldn’t sleep very well at night

It was very easy to check in and out; the room was well provided with heating, hot shower, Western-style toilet and even a kitchenette. Both clean and cosy.

Parking is convenient, the courtyard features a rock garden, it's comfortable and quiet, and the owner is very welcoming.

It was quite crowded with tourists, and the grass was green. It was a bit rainy, so we still needed to wear warm clothes.

This hotel is full of options. Big room, clean, laundry machine, electric stove, refrigerator, all amenities. The most important thing that is only 5 minutes walk to ShangriLa bus station. If you plan to leave a luggage at the hotel, you need to contact the staff in advance because the hotel staff is not at the front desk in early morning. Overall I love this place and if you plan to go to Dukezong ancient town, only 3 km away and only 10 yuan by Didi driver. Very convenient.

The room was excellent and fully equipped with amenities like a washing machine, a mini-fridge, and an induction hob. It's a great option for guests who have the time to prepare their own delicious meals!

The room was decent. There was a washing machine, and an electric blanket was provided on the bed, which made it feel a bit firm.

The service was decent, and the drying function was very effective, drying clothes quickly.

Near shangrli la bus station

The location is perfect, which is the opposite directly of the long-distance bus station. The room some how looks like as the pictures in the website. But I still found some stain on the shelfs below the kitchen counter....and a mysterious wood stick inside the refrigerator. For me, the room is too cold during the night even with an electric blanket and the bed is uncomfortable. BIG BUT, if you don't smoke and hate smoking smell, find other hotels as they don't have separated non-smoking zone and the smell is all over the hotel.

The serviced apartment was pretty good overall, and the facilities were quite new. The only minor issue was that the sink was installed very low, which looked a bit odd. However, having a washing machine in the unit was a great convenience.

Facilities: The apartment-style accommodation is fully equipped. It comes with a refrigerator, washing machine, an induction cooktop, and even a range hood. The washing machine with a drying function is especially practical for travelers. Cleanliness: The hygiene was generally acceptable, although there were a few spots that weren't perfectly clean. Overall, it met our expectations. Environment: A kindergarten is located next door, so it can be a bit noisy in the afternoons. However, the room windows are well soundproofed. Service: The service was average.
