Shangri-La Qingyu·Jianshan Guipu Manor (Napahai Scenic Area Branch)

The room was spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable with a well-designed layout. The best part was the huge floor-to-ceiling window offering a clear view of the outside scenery. Coming here for a trip and seeing that view was absolutely refreshing. The room had oxygen supply, so no need to worry about altitude sickness, and there was even a humidifier, which was a really thoughtful touch. Plus, the guesthouse had three large, very cute and well-behaved dogs. Highly recommended!

My boyfriend and I rented a car to tour Panna Hai, and chose to stay at this B&B in Panna Hai for one night – it was absolutely worth it! The yard is huge, and there's a big dog to play with. The hotel provides oxygen equipment, so no worries about altitude sickness. The air on the vast grassland is super fresh, and lying in bed, the view from the floor-to-ceiling window is like a beautiful painting. We had a wonderfully comfortable stay. The hotel offers breakfast, and the room comes with bread and biscuits. The service was really great~

Facilities: The room is spacious, and it has everything you need like disposable facial towels, smart toilet seat covers, and even a foot bath. Hygiene: Very clean, I slept so comfortably 😌. Environment: Although it's in a village, it's right next to Napa Lake, and their private courtyard is also beautiful. Service: The owner is very welcoming, and breakfast is provided. Looking forward to my next stay!

On the way to the hotel, we passed by so many horse farms and prayer flags! It was super crowded! Today we checked into Qingyu! Upon entering, there's a big courtyard! The owner's dog came to greet us! Very affectionate. Qingyu has a front and back courtyard, with plenty of spots for photos, and the back courtyard even has prayer flags! It's super photogenic! The coffee shop in the back courtyard is backed by a snow-capped mountain 🏔️, giving you that feeling of being at the foot of a snowy mountain, with expansive views and nothing else in sight! The hotel also has many ethnic costumes available for free use! And if you don't know how to wear them, the owner will help you! The 'little shop assistants' are also very enthusiastic! The scenery is truly beautiful!

Facilities: The facilities are very complete, excellent! The young man even introduced all the amenities one by one and helped us turn on the underfloor heating and oxygen supply. Hygiene: The hygiene was impeccable, I slept very well! Environment: The environment is very elegant, and there are two cute big dogs and a kitten. We wanted to walk the dogs, and the owner agreed. We took the little dogs, Coke and Coffee, for a walk – they are really adorable! It’s very close to Napa Lake and has a large yard. Service: This is the best B&B service I've ever encountered. They were incredibly responsive to all requests, even helping with laundry. Their response speed was super fast, and the drop-off service was very thoughtful, even navigating difficult narrow alleys to get us to our destination. Special shout-out to the young man working on the evening of the 25th – he was genuinely kind, attentive, and respectful! He was also particularly humorous and witty! Shangri-La has truly become a pilgrimage site in my heart. I will definitely choose this place again when I return to Shangri-La!

Great views, free shuttle service, and the food was delicious and to my liking. They even have floor heating and oxygen supply, but the best part is the two super cute dogs!!

An experience that exceeded all expectations. The first impression was their meticulous and patient service – the owner personally picked me up and even upgraded me to a room with a fantastic view. If you visit Napa Lake in June, you'll witness the most lush and vibrant grasslands. It's just a ten-minute walk from the hotel, where cattle and horses graze peacefully around you, as if the entire prairie belongs to you alone. Even the hotel courtyard is a great spot for photos, with dogs and cats acting as your furry co-stars. Truly a rare and unforgettable excellent experience! 👍

The B&B has two adorable big dogs that are just too cute! The courtyard is also beautiful, with a coffee shop, swings, and small prayer flags. The owner is incredibly warm and helpful, and the staff are very attentive, always willing to meet your needs. Everyone here is so kind! I'll definitely be back to stay again. I just wish there were more varieties of ******* clothing available.
