I had a delightful stay at the Z Hotel in Shangri-La! The moment I stepped into my room, I was blown away by the gorgeous decor and spacious layout - the aesthetics were on point! The bedding was super comfy, and the room felt fresh and well-oxygenated. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the tasty welcome snack and tea were a lovely touch. And let's not forget the yummy breakfast - it was a great start to my days! Overall, the hotel exuded comfort and cleanliness, making my stay truly enjoyable. Would definitely consider coming back!

設施：房間裏有彌散式供氧機，如果感到高反還可以用管吸，濃度可調節，有定時，很貼心 ，房間有地暖，所以就算怕太暖和容易高反把暖氣調低一點也不怕會冷。
衞生：非常整潔乾淨，無論是房間，床被，衞生間淋浴間，大堂還是餐廳都非常乾淨，潔癖人實名肯定。我帶的馬桶墊隔臟墊旅行床被套都沒機會拿出來。
環境：整體風格乾淨利落的復古風格，屬於輕奢風，很舒服。
服務：管家式服務，還在大理的時候就跟我聯繫，剛停好車就有工作人員幫忙拿行李到房間。沐浴露洗髮水可以給我挑喜歡的味道，這點跟在澳門酒店的體驗一樣很貼心。幫忙拿衣服去洗衣服洗烘。所有人都恰當的熱情，既能做到全方位的體貼又不會過分打擾。
晚安甜湯:每天不同體驗，都好吃，也有水果，奶酪。
早餐的品種也挺多的，帶孩子出門的很安心啊，不用到處給孩子找早餐。
地理位置也不錯，吃飯，洗車，去獨克宗古城都很近，也有自己的停車場，有充電樁的，但是是慢充，我的是蔚來，但去換電站也近，總之十分滿意，推薦。

We have personal butler, 卓玛 during our stay in the hotel. She is very friendly, helpful and tends to our requests promptly. She made our stay over at Shangri-la a pleasant one even though we are still adjusting to high altitude. Definitely will recommend this hotel and 卓玛 if she is your butler during your stay.

法式中古風的Z酒店非常好，鬧中取靜，距離古城步行10分鐘，房間乾淨漂亮，雙台盆，地暖，供氧，從我進門就開始各種投喂，奶酪餅，水果，零食，現在第三次敲門了，送睡前薑茶。早餐豐富，包高鐵接送。辦入住時有佛手柑，茶香不同味道的四件套可選擇

真的是非常非常好的酒店！！交通也很方便，離景點還有獨克宗古城都很近。
第一天剛到就有前台小姐姐來送上熱熱的茶和點心，下午的時候會送來水果，到了晚上還有晚安湯～ 冷冷的天氣大大的温暖
酒店裡的每個人都好好！會給你介紹附近有什麼好吃的，好玩的～ 早餐也很好吃！特別是米線！！
總之，真的很喜歡香格里拉，下次來還會住這裏！
