Z Hotel (Shangri-La Dukezong Ancient City)

My stay at this hotel was excellent! They offer a free shuttle service to and from the station, which saved a lot of hassle. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were very friendly. The room was thoroughly cleaned, spotless, and odor-free, creating a comfortable environment with attentive service. The breakfast was plentiful, and overall, it was great value for money. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The hotel offers personalized butler service. Our butler, Zhuoma, was incredibly attentive and even mailed back a blanket we'd forgotten in the room. Every day, she helped us with laundry and returned our clothes. The hotel is clean and hygienic, and the breakfast is plentiful. The bedding is comfortable, and the rooms come with oxygen, underfloor heating, and a humidifier. We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely recommend it to friends.

The room was spacious, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and even three sinks! The hotel offers a free pick-up service from the station, and the driver was punctual and responsible. There's also a free laundry service, with clothes dried and delivered to your room. This meant I could enjoy my day out without worry, and my clean clothes would be back in the room by evening. On the day of my departure, I had an early train at 7 AM and wouldn't have time for breakfast. The butler thoughtfully prepared some fruit and dried food the night before and left it at my door.
