Our two nights stay was amazing. Room looks exactly like the photo and services were way above expectations. They provide free breakfast too! Doggies were friendly and cute. Will definitely visit again in the future!

阿顺 has been very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There are two very cute dogs, 金毛 and 十六. The room is very clean, and the scenery is absolutely beautiful. A wonderful stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel near Napa Lake. The location is excellent—just a short distance from the lake and the grasslands, making it very convenient to explore the beautiful scenery and enjoy peaceful walks. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-designed, offering a very comfortable stay with great views of the surrounding mountains.
The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile, which really made the experience special. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
Overall, this hotel is a great choice for anyone visiting Napa Lake. The combination of comfort, location, and hospitality made my trip truly memorable. Highly recommended!

The place is beautiful, the room is also big and comfortable, aesthetic also. the facilities provided by is the best, to complete your needs during your travel and make sure you are comfortable when staying here. service provided by the host is also the best, such as provide transportation from and to the railway station, provide muslim friendly/vege option for muslims, and always there to help us with any questions. also they have two cute dogs

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel with stunning views of the mountains — especially beautiful during the summer. The landscape alone is worth the visit, but what really made the experience unforgettable was the warm hospitality.
The owner, his lovely daughter, and their friendly dogs made us feel completely at home. They were welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind — like staying with extended family.
Do note that, like most hotels in Shangri-La, there is no air-conditioning during the summer. However, the hotel provides fans, and the temperature at night is cool and comfortable, so we slept well.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful stay surrounded by nature, with a personal, home-like touch. Would definitely come back again!

納帕海景區內的一家酒店，視野非常好！眼前就是石卡雪山。自駕來的，酒店有自己的停車場，非常方便。前台非常熱情，老闆待客如親友。房間乾淨衞生，安靜舒適。酒店自己有餐廳，特別好吃，量大實惠！

民宿在納帕海景區內，裝修和設施很現代齊全，周邊則是很多藏族居民村落。可以步行前往草原觀賞遊玩，遠處可以看到石卡雪山景觀是很棒的。老闆可以提供機場車站接送，服務周到。還有兩衹可愛的小狗，愛狗人士互動拉滿。推薦
