This location is all u need to know! The million dollar view from our room made a deep impression and ten years on, I’m sure memories of this guesthouse will continue to be fresh. It is just outside the Tiger Leaping Gorge scenic area and you can get drop offs to the park from the guesthouse. Also the start of the hiking trail at Naxi Guesthouse starts just further up the same hill! How better can it get? Staff are friendly and ever helpful to make our stay better. We had dinner as well, simple fare, yak hotpot but wow, the fresh meat and vegetables from their garden certainly made it my favourite meal throughout my 10day trip through Yunnan. Amenities in our room are on par with any 4-5 star accommodation, deco is simple and rustic, shower good pressure, and a very comfortable bed. Very quiet, bird songs wake you up in the morning and then wow, that view again. Awesome! Did I mention their delightful rag dolls checking us out? Book this, you won’t regret it.

We had a great time at Guanguan Di hotel on a cliff. It is definitely not the run of the mill hotel. A family owned business and the whole family is involved running the place. The daughter takes care of the administrative side of the business while the parents takes care of the hospitality. The family treated us as old friends. They could not do enough to make us comfortable. The minute we stepped into the place, tea and a warm seat were offered near the fire stove. We knew it was difficult to go out to eat, so we had requested to eat at their dining room that night. Prices were higher than normal, but then they slaughtered a fresh chicken and picked fresh vegetables from their garden for our meal. I do not think I have anything to complain about. The cabins are beautifully designed but the lights were dimming at times, and we could not understand why. They tried to give you the best that could be installed in the cabin. The view is awesome. In the morning, due to torrential rainfall in the city, we had no power during breakfast, but they managed to still provide us with hot yams, corn, eggs and buns. On our way out, they gave us a big bag of clementines. Thank you for such a memorable stay.

This place is really paradise on earth - quickly book it before it gets destroyed in 1-2 years due to the government building a dam. Your accomodation hangs over a cliff so you get beautiful snow mountain and river views from the comfort and warmth of your room. It is an owner run place, where they treated us like family - we ate vegetables from their land, chicken from their backyard. And even visited their family home to eat tomatos from the vine and walnuts from their walnut tree

We had a great stay - perfect views, peaceful and new rooms. the host family was so friendly and helpful in organizing trips. Highly recommend!

房間乾淨整潔，純原木，無污染，環境優美，空氣清新，比人擠人的5A景區還勝一籌。風景太迷人了，羣山環繞，金沙江就從腳下淌過，夜景令人陶醉，可以觀星賞月，運氣好的大晴天可以看到日照金山。院落裏的小貓好温柔，小貓崽更cute;老闆的皮卡開得賊溜，讓我們體會了一把速度與激情，讓原本顛簸的山路也別有一番風味，老闆還很純樸，帶着小朋友識別當地可吃的野果，你們看看這是啥？老闆娘的飯做的也很好吃，飯菜量很實在，可惜我們飯量太小，有點可惜。有機會要再來多住幾天，讓老闆帶我們去徒步挖蘑菇

民宿是老闆花9個月自己打造的，房間乾淨整潔，而且很喜歡這種風格，很大的玻璃牆，外面的玉龍雪山一覽無遺，晚餐在這裏吃的清燉氂牛肉火鍋很好吃，這裏的玉米特別好吃，蔬菜也是老闆自己種的。另外這裡有15隻可愛的貓咪，老闆帶我們上山采菌子，還帶着去徒步線路，非常開心的兩天。
