Shangri-La LAN YU plateau section hotel（DUKEZONG Old Town）

Excellent location. This hotel is next to the Duke Ancient city. 5 mins to reach the north gate This hotel has the best hospitality in my entire trip. They will bring your luggage to your room and explain in detail what are the functionalities of the room especially the oxygen machine. The staff will also recommend what are the places of interest and food to try..

Location is very good. 15mins walk to dukezong ancient street. But I prefer to take didi cos of altitude sickness. Didi only charge like rmb10 directly to the entrance of dukezong ancient street and also the golden bell Temple. Best is they pick up and drop off from train station. Staff very friendly and attentive. Solo traveller like me feel safe as they give advice on anything that I asked. Staff is also very informative .anywhere that I want to go, they can send location via WeChat and I cn just follow that and walk around use apple map. Room is clean and come with free oxygen supply which is the best thing. Bed is super comfortable. Breakfast is a bit bored as it’s the same selections daily.but still delicious. I think best thing about this hotel is the staff. Every single staff is very friendly , informative and attentive. Highly recommended. I

Great location just a few minutes’ walk from the North Gate of Dukezong Ancient City. The host also helped arrange complimentary taxi rides to and from the high-speed rail station, which was very convenient. Breakfast was good, and the nightly dessert was a lovely touch. The only downside is that there’s no air conditioning in the room as it gets quite cool at night, but overall it was still a great stay

Location was the best, 5-10mins walk to dukezong ancient town! Super accessible and room was big and spacious with helpful and friendly staff!

Hotel room was clean and big and location wise is quite near the dukezong. They gave us a free upgrade too. The floor warmer is the best when outside is so cooling. Their service was very good.
