The room was cozy and comfortable, and the owner provided warm and thoughtful service. The guesthouse's location was also excellent, making it convenient to stroll around the ancient town at night, enjoy a drink at a pub, and listen to folk music. The uneven bluestone paths revealed its long history. I fell in love with Shangri-La, a place famous worldwide due to a novel by a British writer, 'Lost Horizon.' Young people from all corners of the world come here to start businesses and settle down, perhaps also searching for their ideal Eden...

The rooms here are well-equipped. It was my first time in Shangri-La, and I had a comfortable stay. I traveled with friends, and it was a pleasant experience. It's also very close to the ancient town. I'd consider coming back again.

The butler was very enthusiastic, giving us lots of tips for being at high altitude. They also upgraded our room, and the bedding was super comfortable. The location inside the old town was also quite convenient.

The room is located in Dukezong Ancient City and has a great design with a small balcony offering views of the Giant Buddha Temple. It's also conveniently close to Songzanlin Monastery and Napa Lake. The staff were very warm and responsible.

This B&B is absolutely fantastic! The staff, both the young man and young woman, were incredibly helpful and enthusiastic. We originally booked a twin room, but the lady at the front desk upgraded us to a family room, which was super spacious and spotlessly clean. As soon as we got to our room, they brought us a generous afternoon tea, and the breakfast was exquisite! Best of all, it's located right inside the ancient city, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and visiting attractions. Highly recommended!

The room had diffuse oxygen, which was a huge relief for those worried about altitude sickness, allowing us to sleep soundly at night. The front desk staff were warm and friendly, taking good care of us both before and after check-in. The location was convenient for getting around, and the place was clean and comfortable overall, which definitely enhanced our travel experience. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Shangri-La, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is located in a relatively quiet part of the old town. They offer airport or high-speed rail transfer services. For breakfast, you can choose between Chinese style or rice noodles. The staff, both male and female, are enthusiastic and proactive. The laundry room is well-equipped with two types of dryers: a tumble dryer and a hanging dryer, which is great! The entire hotel has diffused oxygen, but I'd still recommend asking the front desk for a nasal cannula for better results. The best part is being able to overlook Guishan Park right from your bed – truly delightful.

Located in Dukezong Ancient Town, the service was excellent, and the room was quite spacious. However, the facilities left a lot to be desired. Despite the large room, there wasn't much furniture, not even a foldable luggage rack, so my suitcase had to stay on the floor. While there were plenty of toiletries in the bathroom, their quality was poor. The face towel was a disposable polyester material that stuck to my skin when washing, and the disposable bath towel, though labeled as plant fiber, was actually synthetic and shed acrylic fibers when I used it to dry my hands.
