Shangri La Zhu Cheng International Hotel (Dukezong Ancient City Branch)

The location is super convenient, really close to the old town, and parking is a breeze with EV charging stations available. The bedding is incredibly comfortable. The triple room is perfect for friends traveling together, offering ample space and a bathroom with a separate wet and dry area.

Extremely satisfied with this hotel in Shangri-La! The location is excellent – while many B&Bs near the ancient town are noisy due to ongoing renovations, this hotel is perfectly situated; it's not too far from the ancient town but also far enough to be undisturbed by the renovation sounds. The environment is very modern, with a good variety of functional areas. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff are friendly and provide prompt service. Five-star rating, highly recommended!

The hotel's location is great, and having its own parking lot made parking very convenient. The room was tidy and clean, making for a comfortable stay. The breakfast staff were very friendly, but even before closing time, freshly made items like rice noodles and Ersi were already gone. I hope they can prepare more in the future.

Facilities: Features well-known Jomoo sinks, smart heated toilets, and room lighting controlled by an XiaoDu voice assistant. The bed and pillows are quite soft, which I found a bit hard to get used to. Environment: Really great! As shown in the picture, the 9th-floor rooftop offers city-wide views (no need to climb Guishan Park for the same panoramic view). It's relatively close to the East Gate of Dukezong Ancient City, but a 20+ minute walk. I'd recommend taking a taxi, which only takes a few minutes and is easy to find. However, there aren't many restaurants within walking distance, so you'll also need a taxi for meals. Cleanliness: Excellent, I extended my stay for several days. Service: They proactively upgraded my room, which was very nice. There were quite a few tour groups staying as well. However, the breakfast was a bit simple; I hope they can add more variety.

The room is newly renovated and very clean. The rooftop garden offers an expansive view, with the snow-capped mountains visible.

The hotel's environment and service are excellent. It has a great atmosphere with a viewing platform, and the background wall at the entrance is perfect for photos. The front desk staff are quite enthusiastic. The only downside is that the hotel breakfast is a bit limited.

The room facilities are complete and comfortable, and the bedding is clean and odor-free. The staff were polite and even upgraded our room.

The rooms are spacious, and the facilities are brand new, clean, and tidy. Despite a high occupancy rate, the service is still attentive and thoughtful. It's the most cost-effective hotel recommended by Trip.com in Shangri-La.
