Highly recommend this guesthouse for family trips! They offer pickup and drop-off services, and upon arrival, we were greeted with local specialty snacks, tea, and fresh fruit. The breakfast was generous, the stay was peaceful, and it's close to the ancient city. Renting an electric scooter right across from the guesthouse to visit Napa Lake was super convenient too.

Cleanliness: Very clean and comfortable. Service: I must commend the service, it was exceptionally thoughtful. Everyone was wonderful and very kind. The staff helped us with our luggage, which was incredibly considerate and great. When traveling, emotional value and thoughtfulness truly make one feel comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious. It was a very happy stay.

The moment you step into the courtyard, you're greeted by the owner's beautiful flowers. Upon checking in, you're offered local butter tea, small pastries, and welcome fruit. Breakfast is served every morning, and everyone is so warm and welcoming. You'll see little dogs everywhere! It's just a few minutes' walk to the ancient town, and the surrounding area is very convenient too.

This Tibetan-style guesthouse is beautifully decorated, opulent and grand. The room layout is well-designed, and they provide an oxygen concentrator for those who need it. It's very close to the old town, just a short walk away. There's a car rental shop nearby, and the ******* guy across the street to the left is very friendly. The most thoughtful service is the pick-up and drop-off! The staff member was already waiting for us, and he handled all our luggage from the car to upstairs. When I went to do laundry, the aunties helped put my clothes in the washing machine and told me to go enjoy myself while they took care of it. Unfortunately, I couldn't extend my stay due to altitude sickness. I'll definitely come back next time, beautiful Shangri-La!

This was my first time in Shangri-La, and this guesthouse was truly unique. The auntie who checked us in even brought us afternoon tea, where we got to try some local butter tea. The guesthouse itself was quiet and healing, with beautiful Tibetan-style decor, and the hygiene was excellent. The owner was very friendly and responsive to our needs, and the location was convenient for getting around. Choosing this place in Shangri-La was definitely a good decision!

The owner is truly, truly amazing! They picked us up from the airport and dropped us off at the high-speed rail station! Plus, there was afternoon tea and butter tea, making us feel completely at home. It was truly fantastic, fantastic!! I highly recommend the 'Dawa' room type. It has a small terrace with a table and chairs right outside the door, which is very comfortable. On our first day, the room I booked didn't have a terrace, so the owner upgraded us for free. It was such a great experience that we immediately extended our stay for another day. The blankets were very clean, and I loved the woody scent in the room~ Breakfast was simple but comforting, with rice noodles and eggs~ They also offer ******* costume experiences, which was truly wonderful~ And the ancient town is just 100 meters to the right when you exit, making it incredibly convenient for getting around!! The car rental lady on the right side facing the street was also very nice. Overall, the location is excellent; it's convenient for getting everywhere!!

This guesthouse was amazing! It's the first time I've ever encountered a place that offers complimentary pickup and drop-off without even mentioning it. Everyone working there was super friendly, and they even offered us some butter tea as soon as we arrived. They also have traditional clothing available to borrow for exploring. The guesthouse's location is really convenient; it's very close to the old town entrance, and you can walk straight into the old town alleys in just a few minutes from the doorstep. Overall, it was a very comfortable and convenient stay. Highly recommend!

This is a fantastic B&B! They offer train station pick-up and drop-off, and the owner is incredibly nice. You can also do your laundry and dry it here. If the machines are in use, just leave your clothes and they'll put them in for you to wash and dry, so you can enjoy your day out worry-free.
