Service 👍: Highly recommend this guesthouse. Both the service and cleanliness are impeccable. The owner is incredibly kind; upon arrival, he led us to the living room and poured us tea. His wife even invited us to wear ******* clothing and personally combed our hair – so welcoming! Cleanliness 🛌: The cleanliness is impeccable. We used disposable sheets and blankets throughout our trip, but here we were too lazy to use them. Every corner of the courtyard was impeccably clean. Amenities 🏠: 1. There's a squat toilet on the first floor (the owner is incredibly thoughtful here). 2. All rooms are fully smart (perfect for lazy people). The bathroom has a shower heater, so you don't have to worry about showering in cold weather. 3. It's very close to various scenic spots. 4. The location is very easy to find, and there's plenty of free parking in front of the guesthouse.

The two-night stay was excellent. The room was very clean and new, and the owner thoroughly cleaned it every day. The room was spacious and had smart home features such as a Xiao Ai voice assistant and a smart toilet. There was a bay window, and the bed was large; there was also a beautiful tea room in the building. The owners, a family of three, were very kind and friendly. If I have the opportunity to visit Shangri-La again, this will definitely be my first choice.

老闆人特別好，房間在三樓一直幫我們拎行李地上淋下的，我們一下行李都沒有摸到搶着幹，出去玩之前也會囑咐祝福安全的老闆特別細心，貼心非常好，大家都快來呀

房間特別寬敞，而且會幫忙搬行李，特別温暖，會給真誠的建議，出行也很方便

老闆態度很好，房間乾淨衞生。11月份去沒有任何取暖設備很冷，加了兩張毯子才能入睡。我們訂的雙標房的衞生間在外面，不是在房間裏，老闆幫我們升級了房間解決了這個問題。訂房時有寫含早餐實際並沒有。

我們在香格里拉的索南雅卓民俗住得特別開心！老闆和家人都很熱情，像朋友一樣接待我們。房子很有藏族特色，環境安靜。房間乾淨整潔，睡得很舒服。
