The location is great, very close to both the high-speed train station and the ancient city. The room was clean and tidy, and the electric blanket heated up quickly. The pickup service was prompt, and the front desk service was excellent. Overall, it was a very good stay.

There was no underfloor heating, and the bed didn't have a heater. The only warmth was from the air conditioner, which reached 31 degrees Celsius, but it was practically nonexistent. The room was very cold, extremely cold. I went at the beginning of November and I was so cold I had to get up in the middle of the night. You could probably ask the front desk for a heater. The bathroom was small, but it had a heater. There was a humidifier, but only one, which was really insufficient for a two-bedroom apartment. So the room was very dry and cold. The location was great; there were convenience stores and restaurants across the street. Dukezong Ancient Town was about a 10-minute walk away.

It's a very good B&B with reasonable prices, thoughtful service, and a very friendly owner. There is a pick-up service at the station. It is highly recommended. The room is large and clean, and the facilities are new and complete. It is also very close to the ancient city.

It was fantastic and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shangri-La. The owner was very helpful and patiently answered all my questions. He even helped me order a toast banquet at a great value. It's a conscientious business, the room was quiet, and the hotel environment was fantastic. It was clean, well-equipped, and there were washing machines in the common area.
