Very good hotel, new and situated closely to the ancient city. Free pickup from the train station is the best, and all the amenities very good. Included floor heating in the room. Breakfast is very delicious and a lot of variety. Overall it is a very good stay!

首先要重點表揚酒店的客服人員，服務真的沒話説，全程都很到位，有問必答，態度特別親切，讓人感覺很舒服。而且接送服務太貼心了，我們到的時候已經是晚上11點多，沒想到酒店還是安排了車來接，解決了深夜出行的大問題。
房間也讓人驚喜，特別新，裏面的設備都是全新的，住着很舒服。最關鍵的是，考慮到香格里拉是高原地區，酒店還配備了製氧設備，這點太必要了，讓人覺得特別貼心周到，住着也更安心。
整體體驗非常好，下次來香格里拉肯定還會選這家，強烈推薦！
