The room was incredibly spacious and very clean, with an amazing view from the window. It's perfect for a relaxing getaway. There's a huge ranch with many small animals like lambs, alpacas, and horses, and the Bernese Mountain Dogs are especially therapeutic. The breakfast was also excellent and varied, with special rice noodles, Western, and Chinese options. The hotel staff, including the helpful butlers who assist with luggage when checking in and out, are very friendly and kind. There's even a special ******* clothing experience! It was a fantastic hotel experience, highly recommended.

You absolutely have to stay between the snow-capped mountains 🏔️ and the grasslands~~ The Shangri-La Napa Lake hotel 🏨 is truly amazing~~ It's nestled in the heart of the grasslands with snow-capped mountains 🏔️ in the distance—the views are absolutely stunning!! The room is clean, tidy, and has an expansive view! The beautiful scenery outside the floor-to-ceiling windows is breathtaking. You can go downstairs and interact with the cute animals 🦙 up close~ Plus, there's a FREE ******* traditional clothing photo shoot 📷, which I absolutely loved 😍. After a day of exploring, a cup of coffee ☕️ is the perfect way to unwind and recharge! So blissful~ I didn't want to leave after staying here 😭

Adorable alpacas roam freely through the grounds, leisurely grazing, and you can interact with them up close. Gentle dogs also run freely on the grass, filling the entire manor with a sense of calm and healing. In your free time, you can relax at the coffee shop, enjoy a cup of coffee with the mountain breeze, and peacefully watch the clouds drift by, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The accommodation experience was exceptionally comfortable. The wooden cabins retain their authentic ******* style while being fully equipped. Wake up to the mountain mist in the morning and enjoy the tranquil grassland sunset in the evening. There's no need to rush around; you can easily spend an entire day relaxing within the manor. The twin bed layout is spacious and not cramped, and the bedding is soft and comfortable – after a day of sightseeing, you can just collapse into bed. You can also sit by the French windows, sip tea, and enjoy the view, which really sets a great mood. ✨ Spotless Cleanliness The housekeeping is incredibly meticulous. The tabletops and floors are dust-free, the French window glass is sparkling clean, and the bathroom is dry with no water stains or odors. As someone with germophobia, I felt completely at ease. 💁 Thoughtful Service The staff are friendly and natural. Check-in was very fast, and any requests were promptly attended to.
