Location was great since it is surrounded by majestic mountains and just 20 minutes from the ancient town.
They provide complimentary pick-up and drop-off from both the rail station and airport. There is also underfloor heating, humidifiers, and personal oxygen concentrators right in your stylish room. The staff’s thoughtful gesture of bakery-fresh cookies before departure shows their warmth.
Their afternoon tea is at a nearby famed cafe, where you can watch animals roam the gorgeous wetland—an insta-worthy view and truly zen experience. The lodge’s cleanliness impresses too: expect spotless rooms, plush bedding, and top-notch toiletries, making relaxation effortless.
The lodge also provides free ******* costume and photoshoot so do make full sure of it 😉👯♀️
Did i also mention that it has dyson hairdryer and uses nice smelling lotion and hand-wash 😩☺️

服務暖心細節滿分，懶人度假天花板啊， 管家提前一天就聯繫確認需求，安排接站，到店幫提行李超熱情！
房間地暖+加濕器配齊，高原睡覺不乾燥。
最愛的草原上的動物，簡直不想走，在酒店茶室喝茶可以和天南地北的人聊天，氛圍感拉滿～黑豆咖啡，下午茶也很不錯…

酒店推門就看到草原和雪山，還有180度全景落地窗，非常美。還有羊駝，馬兒小動物可以互動，酒店管家服務也很棒，就在酒店就能吃到當地美食，下次有機會還去。

因為剛開業還有一些管理和服務問題，不過也已經交流清楚了，管家和管理人員人都很好，也很積極地和我們溝通，希望酒店未來越來越好

這個酒店我要納入25年最佳啊，太美了 好大一片草原，房間的180度落地窗把雪山、草原、牛羊羣都框進了房間，房間有地暖和製氧機，床品也很舒服，細節治癒滿分。黑豆咖啡屋就在莊園內，有黑豆下午茶，可以有拍照超出片。

The location was lovely, and I appreciated the complimentary services provided. There were so many beautiful views on and from the hotel property, and the cabins were very cozy. I've already recommended the hotel to a friend!
