Shangri La Dukezong Ancient City Moonlight Square Atour Hotel

The hotel's location is excellent, right above the ancient city and below the Indigo Hotel, offering fantastic views of the entire ancient city from the Indigo. The view is superb. This hotel just opened at the end of last year, so the facilities are brand new and very spacious. It offers great value for money.

Excellent value for money! I highly recommend staying at Atour Hotel in Dukezong. The room I stayed in was very spacious, and I could even see prayer wheels from it! There's a clean washing machine and dryer, and they'll even wash, dry, and deliver your laundry to your room. The hotel is located just outside the ancient town, and you can drive right up to it, which is a huge plus 🙂. There's also a small side entrance that leads directly into the ancient town in just a few steps, making it incredibly convenient.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel's overall environment is fantastic, and the room was spotless with no strange odors. The bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a wonderful night's sleep. The staff were all warm, attentive, and very responsive to our needs, paying great attention to every detail. The location is excellent, and the surrounding area is pleasant and quiet. We were extremely satisfied and highly recommend this hotel; we'll definitely be staying here again on our next visit!

The hotel is near Moonlight Square in Dukezong Ancient Town. The room view is great, the staff are very friendly, and the breakfast spread is excellent.

Choosing Atour for my trip to Shangri-La was an excellent decision! My overall experience was absolutely fantastic ✨ The location is superb, very close to Dukezong Ancient City, making it incredibly convenient for getting around, shopping, and dining. From my window, I could even see traditional Tibetan-style buildings, which made for a super calming view. The hotel itself is clean and tidy throughout, with a sophisticated feel in the common areas. The blend of ******* elements and minimalist design is really well done, creating a wonderful ambiance. The room had excellent natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a really peaceful sleep after long days of exploring. The toiletries, hot water, and heating were all perfect, making my stay at high altitude completely comfortable. Atour's service was, as always, thoughtful and attentive. The staff were warm and polite, making the check-in process efficient. They even thoughtfully reminded me of precautions for high altitude, which was a really nice touch.

Huge thanks to the front desk for the suite upgrade! The view was absolutely stunning; I could see Guishan Park right from my room. The hotel's surroundings were also beautiful, I loved looking up and seeing all the flowers 😍. The room had floor heating and oxygen supply, though it still got a bit chilly at night. The hotel towels were individually wrapped, which made them feel very clean. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but all the basics were there, and the rice noodles were delicious 👍. The service throughout the hotel was fantastic. Staff were proactive in greeting guests and very service-oriented. They even delivered my laundry from the laundry room directly to my room. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit 🫶.

The room was spacious and very clean, and it was quiet at night. It also had a diffuser oxygen supply and nasal oxygen, which was excellent.
