Shangri-La Resort

Excellent location with a fantastic view, making for a very comfortable stay. Although the hotel is a bit older, it's very well-maintained with complete facilities, and the service is absolutely five-star standard.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. Even though the hotel has been open for a long time, the service is still excellent. I had a lot of luggage when checking in, and the bellboy provided great service. I was particularly impressed with Vivian at the front desk when I checked in; she was proactive and helpful. She patiently and kindly answered all my questions about parking, scenic routes, and more, without any perfunctoriness. She actively coordinated my requests, providing professional and warm service, which truly showcased the hotel's excellent service standards. I am extremely satisfied and highly recommend it!

The overall quality is consistently good, and the food remains as reliable as ever. I was initially worried about the lack of diffused oxygen supply, but the front desk told me they can turn it on as needed, which helps the body adapt more easily to the outside environment. I barely used the oxygen machine and experienced no discomfort. If I have the chance to visit Shangri-La again, I will definitely choose to stay at the Shangri-La Hotel.

The lobby has a cozy ******* style. The room layout is typical of Shangri-La hotels – spacious and comfortable. It's great that the room also comes with an oxygen concentrator and nasal cannula. I originally booked for 4 nights, but due to altitude sickness, I had to check out early after 2 nights. I was fully prepared to lose the two nights' room fare, but to my surprise, Trip.com refunded the full amount for those two nights! This was definitely an unexpected and pleasant surprise; it seems Trip.com has made some significant positive changes!

Excellent stay! The staff were incredibly polite and I'd highly recommend this hotel. The decor is fantastic, and the cleanliness is top-notch. The drinks from the minibar were delicious. A big thank you to the staff – see the picture!

It was just okay, the room was quite old. We checked in early, and they arranged a room for us right away. However, there was no mini-bar and no welcome fruit. We had to call later to get them. It's just average, and not a particularly cheap hotel, so they really need to pay attention to the details. The room was on the third floor with a view as shown in the picture. When I went to ask for coffee, two young women were chatting away, and didn't even bother to show me to a seat or anything, just kept on talking. This isn't some guesthouse that costs a hundred or two hundred a night, I don't understand it. The welcome fruit was one apple, one pear, and one other fruit I didn't look closely at – three small plates in total. I forgot to take a picture, it was just too pathetic, I was embarrassed to. Then there were four drinks: one Coke, one Sprite, one beer, and one I don't know what. That was the mini-bar. The only nice part of the hotel was the lobby, with a few small design touches. The rest is hard to comment on.

The hotel's decor has a very local flair, and the service is excellent. They even gave us complimentary breakfast for our two children upon check-in. The dinner buffet offers a wide variety of dishes at a reasonable price. However, the oxygen concentrator was quite noisy at night.

The front desk lady provided excellent service, but the room was quite old, and the parking lot was unmanaged.
