老牌五星酒店，底藴深厚，環境優美，位置優越，停車方便，設施齊全，服務優質，早餐豐盛。房間配了四瓶礦泉水，還配有雲南特色的小粒咖啡，管理太用心了。住店體驗很好，值得推薦！

設施：
床墊胡亂配置，使用大於席夢思三分之一墊子，頭腳底中間高，像個饅頭，能給人直接睡出高反。質疑的是床品不應該是酒店最重要的用品嗎？為什麼如此草率。
兩個房間的冰箱沒有冷藏功能，冰箱內温度大於室温。質疑的是，酒店冰箱統一都是這樣配置，買的都是二手舊冰箱，衹為申報固定資產，還是衹為説明我有，能不能用好不好用不重要。
淋浴房花灑過於老式，不可移動花灑水飛濺，下水積水易溢出。馬桶麪池下水極慢，水易溢出。
服務：工作人員服務意識低下，客人提出的以上問題，回覆統一是我們正在調整，所以管理有所疏漏是正常的。對於冰箱不製冷，回覆是正常的，我們冰箱就是這樣的，達不到冷藏功能，如果需要冷藏，可以交給服務員拿去冷藏，回頭讓客人去前台自取。
總結，質疑五星級酒店，天界神川還能擔當的起嗎？攜程是否有實地考察過酒店設施，難道衹看提供的證書就可以？誰為消費者負責。

一家典型的老牌酒店，廳堂大氣，大堂景觀漂亮，餐食豐富，房間設施齊全，還配有洗衣粉，加濕器，小筆盒，針線包和雨傘， 很貼心。工作人員專業，熱情。酒店自有停車場，車位較多，停車方便，有超充樁。酒店距離古城比較近，衹要錯過高峯期，打的很方便。遺憾是房間可能為了配合藏式裝飾，燈光不夠明亮。

這次入住體驗非常棒，酒店位置方便，打車到古城就8元，出門就是公交車站，可以直接坐公交到納帕海，周邊吃飯、買東西也很方便，對面有商貿街。
房間乾淨，隔音做得很好，晚上安安靜靜的完全不吵。
前台小姐姐態度超nice，辦理入住退房都很快，早餐種類也挺豐富的，味道也不錯。
五星級酒店，整體性價比很高，藏式房間有特色。

這次出行，對比了兩家酒店，最終選擇了有藏式風格的天界神川大酒店，果然沒有讓我們失望。酒店環境優美，綠植環繞，這次體驗了一次藏式風格的住宿。早點品種豐富，有藏族特色。耗牛奶特別濃郁。前台工作人員服務態度很好，給我們帶來了一次難忘的旅行！

Easy reach by taxi from railway station. Service attitude was good : they changed our room immediately when it was requested. Room was large and comfortable. As with many hotels in China, somehow shower stall water splashes out of stall and wet the toilet area. Also, again a problem with many hotels in China, toilets could be kept cleaner, very often due to construction fault leading to water
accumulation.
Breakfast was typically a Chinese style one with many choices.
