Overall very nice stay. The cleanliness of the room need to be improve especially the carpet. No heater in the bathroom, it’s quite cold. Breakfast need to be improve on the food choice and presentation.

I stayed one night at Le Fu Ge Dan Inn and had a good time. The hotel is in a great spot—just a short walk from Dukezong Ancient City, so it’s easy to explore the old streets and sights. The building has a lovely ******* style, and the courtyard is quiet and peaceful.
My room was clean and cozy, with everything I needed. The staff were kind and the breakfast was ok too.
It’s a good place to stay if you want comfort, and a nice location in Shangri-La.

So many ******* style hotels in this location, difficult find really good one. Breakfast so so. Congee with some veggies. Even if it says no smoking rooms, but in china they smoke everywhere.

Completely overpriced stay within the old town. Only good thing about this place is the location. Very rundown place, dirty, mold in many places and not clean, hairs in the bathroom and dust everywhere. The many carpets haven't been cleaned in ages and the rooms don't look like the pictures.
We were missing many amenities like hand soap, shower gel, a foot mat for the bathroom and coffee. Just shows how little the people here care about you.
Service was atrocious. When we arrived there was nobody at the counter. The young guy handling the customer service looks bored and was unhelpful. Nobody cleanes this place, empty cans and bottles laying around, 2 day old coffee and tea just simmering. Horrible stay for that amount of money.
Do yourself a favour and take one of the many other modern and clean stays for a better price and don't fall for the tibetian ethnic look of this place, it's lost it's charme.

The hotel was decorated Tibetian Style. It' near the Shangrila old town at the North gate. You can call to the hotel to pick you up at the North gate or you can ask the hotel to.pick you at the Shangrila airport or Shangrila railway station.
There is free for a transportation to send you to the airport .

One of the things I was most looking forward to on this trip was returning to the hotel in the evening, sitting by the fireplace and being handed a hot tea with yak milk. No such thing was going on. But the staff were numerous and ready to help our with any request. They kindly arranged to take us on their motortuck with our luggage to the North Gate which was 150 m from the hotel, and called a Didi for us (local Grab or Uber) as we were not able to register with this service. The room was spacious and decorated with charm. The staff did not want to switch the air-conditioning on because it was dripping. It went a bit cold in the night. Sockets thoughtfully placed by the bedside. No fridge. No hand towels. Ask for the right TV remote.
