This guesthouse experience far exceeded my expectations! The host was incredibly thoughtful, providing directions in advance and a very clear check-in guide. The location is superb, honestly perfect for hikers and drivers. The interior and exterior feel very close to nature. The room is spacious and has all the basic amenities, including an oxygen tube and fireplace, making it feel very homey. Even the toiletries are high-quality, and the smart toilet is a nice touch. The owner was very welcoming, constantly refilling our butter tea and even letting us try some locally made yogurt – it was delicious! It's so much better value than in the city; I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

I booked this guesthouse based on reviews, but arrived too late with my child and ended up experiencing a major disappointment – ​​not a single thing was satisfactory. 1. The twin beds we booked were unavailable, so we had to switch to a double bed. 2. Mosquitoes were everywhere. While I can understand being near water, the lack of windows meant poor air quality, and there was no air conditioning. 3. The sheets hadn't been changed; they were covered in stains, cookie crumbs, and wrappers. Even after we asked the owner, they insisted they had been changed. 4. The bathroom drain had a large hole leading to an unknown location, was covered in cobwebs, and the toilet wouldn't flush. 5. We woke up thirsty to find there was no water in the room; the only bottle was opened and missing a drop. The owner never apologized throughout the entire ordeal and didn't seem inclined to offer any explanation. In short, we left happy the next morning, happy to see the sun rise again.

The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The owner was warm and hospitable. The environment was quiet, the air was fresh, and the vegetation was lush. The ambient lighting on the boardwalk created a beautiful atmosphere, which the children enjoyed. The facilities were complete, exceeding expectations.

Upon arrival, it was indeed just a few minutes' walk along a tree-lined path from the lake. This meant you wouldn't be bothered by the noise of traffic while still enjoying the beautiful scenery. The owners were incredibly welcoming, offering tea and fruit. The only downside was the surrounding greenery, which meant there were mosquitoes on the outdoor terrace. However, the room seemed to have been treated; there were no mosquitoes at night, and the bedding was very comfortable. With the off-season and reasonable prices, staying a few nights away from the hustle and bustle was very pleasant. I wanted to stay near Napa Lake and searched for a long time before finding this place so close to the lake.

On the beach of Pana, you need to walk up a small road. It is a unique place. In fact, the owner's love and care for this inn can be seen from the decoration and equipment. TOTO's smart toilet, JOMOO's bathroom, bathroom heating system, and the warm air in the room Air conditioning, oxygen concentrator...it can be said that we treat our guests wholeheartedly. However, I have to say that when the boss was not in the store, the two girls who were looking after the store were too arrogant. The room I booked came with afternoon tea, fruits, and the breakfast I redeemed with my rights, but none of us enjoyed it! The incomprehensible attitude when asking questions was chilling. On the night we checked in, we repeatedly checked with our two sisters to see if there was breakfast, and they definitely said yes. As a result, at 8 o'clock the next morning, we searched for anyone in the store and couldn't find anyone. In addition, we had to leave in a hurry in the morning. In desperation, we secretly took 4 boxes of instant noodles from the front desk for breakfast (here I also have to apologize to the boss for taking it without permission. If I need to pay separately, I can pay for it, but do I like to eat instant noodles for breakfast? It’s all because of helplessness...) As my rating summarizes the hotel 5 stars for facilities and 1 star for service.

The room was consistent with the picture. It was hygienic and clean. I felt safe to check in. The bed was very comfortable. I slept peacefully all night. I was very satisfied.
