Magnificent..the best word to describe this hotel..i really love this place..i never had a chance to stay to this kind of hotel..it's such a memorable memory for me..affordable with the service we got..the hotel sent a driver to pick us up from shangri la train station with umbrella since it raining. until we reached our room, they will never let us touch the bag & luggage..they handle it properly. we are so speechless😂 we arrive early at 9 am at the hotel & they gave permission to us to checked in early & give us option to upgrade room for free of charged. The view from the room, is really make us cant take our eyes away from it..so beautiful yet so calm & heal our heart from our busy days. thank you for making our dream comes true♥️

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at in Shangri-La! The room was cozy, spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with great amenities and a wonderful view. What made our stay extra special was the complimentary ******* dress rental and professional photoshoot provided by the hotel. It was such a unique and memorable experience!The hospitality was excellent, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended! ❤️

We had a great stay at this hotel. All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel also arranged a driver to pick us up from the train station, which made our arrival very convenient. One of the highlights is the many animals around the hotel, including alpacas, sheep, dogs, and horses. It’s a wonderful place for families and children to interact with the animals and enjoy the surroundings. The only downside is that there aren’t many shops or food options nearby. However, it’s easy to take a Didi to the nearest town or area for food and shopping. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel, especially for families looking for a peaceful and unique experience.

The scenery is absolutely a 120/100, highly recommended for nature lovers. If you're afraid of bugs, then this isn't for you, as it's truly immersing yourself in nature, not a city. The staff are welcoming and hospitable, and they even provide free oxygen.

Finally got to check out the trendy cabin B&B! First off, the butler service was fantastic; they tried their best to accommodate any requests. The B&B was so comfortable, and waking up to animals right outside our door was such a wonderful experience for us city kids. 😊

The environment is fantastic! It's the cozy cabin I was hoping for, with views of grassy fields and distant mountains right outside the door. Plus, there are sheep that act like puppies and aloof alpacas 🦙. Facilities: Excellent. The bed is incredibly comfortable, the toilet is fully automatic, and there's a comfy sofa. Cleanliness: Very clean. Service: The hotel food is absolutely delicious! I didn't leave the hotel for three days, ate wonderfully, and slept comfortably. I was originally torn between choosing Anren Banyan Tree and here, but the beautiful scenery, great food, and friendly animals made this a perfect travel experience. My vacation ended on a high note!
