Gorgeous hotel!
The room was amazing and very clean, breakfast was perfect and location is near the town but not in the busy area which is great.
Best part of this hotel is the staff. They are extremely helpful and caring.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and beds are super comfortable. The hotel is close to all interesting sites. Right at the entrance of the old town so walking distance to shopping, night life, restaurants, the prayer mill and temples, and easy access to the monasteries. The service at this hotel is amazing. The owner is always available to help. They suggested changes to our trip and helped us book trains, drivers at best price, and they suggested the best restaurants for what we wanted. We strongly recommend this amazing hotel.

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful as well. Only downside is there is a lot of street noise at night but that comes with the proximity to beautiful ancient town.

Beautiful ******* style boutique hotel in the Dukezong ancient town, accessible by car and easy to get DiDi. Spacious and comfortable rooms with ample amenities. My family and I enjoyed sitting and relaxing in the well decorated common area. Friendly host and staff. Delicious breakfast. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who come visit Shangri-La.

Loved the design of the hotel, tried really well to adapt to the location being in the Tibet region. A lovely dog handing around, 'mantao' is definitely friendly and a gem. Reckon is a family run hotel, so it is relatively friendly. Can get quite cold, without the heater. The floor is heated, you can request an electric blanket so that's a great plus

Really spacious, clean and tastefully decorated hotel. We loved the hospitality from the hotel staff and the hotel guard dog mantou. The hotel staff 陈哥 and his wife were able to help us prebook the things we needed and even got us really good seats for a local ******* performance at zha ya. They are super friendly and really made us felt at home. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. Just a few minutes walk from the old town while still accessible by car (which is super helpful if you have got bulky luggages). Highly recommend!!

Very tastefully designed hotel, artistic, neat, and very clean room and common areas. There is a book bar for avid readers (mostly Chinese books). Owners are very helpful and hospitable. Bed is very comfortable, with 2 different pillows (usual fluffy pillow and wheatbuck pillow) catering for different needs. Floor heating is available. Although there’s no air conditioner / heating system, the warming light in front of the bathroom and toilet are good enough to keep warm during summer (we came here in June). Temperature is comfortable by just opening window throughout the night, covered with thick duvet. Breakfast is simple but delicious.
