Service was good, allowed an early check in and extra night without much trouble, the place is very social and an extremely good location The only thing I would say is the bathrooms. This is not coming from a foreigner that is not used to squat bathrooms. They were just very dirty and smelled like urine all day. Only one shower for a whole floor One of the toilet doors wouldn’t close

Don't expect a luxurious accommodation, but you can enjoy a real hiking hostel vibe. (Which is, from my point of view, even better). The owner doesn't speak English, but with the help of Google translate and some other guests, he gave me recommendations for hiking in the area. The location is also great, right at the end of the old town. The place felt really cozy, like a second home

Located at the entrance of the old town. Hot water but not very good bathroom and it’s missing toilet paper. You also had to make your own bed but otherwise the dormitory is comfortable.

Social vibe and super helpful staff. The prefect place if you want to go hiking around Shangrila. They will help you organize driving and give you recommendations.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and peaceful. What really stood out to me, though, was the hospitality. The boss was incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout my stay. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable even when I was sick. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free and pleasant experience.

Very good option for solo travelers, the owner knows everything about hiking and will help you. Also has hiking equipment for rent

Friendly and helpful staff. The boss knows everything about the climbing and hiking on the mountains. Location is in the centre of the old town. Nice old cat is also living there.

Location good and host also ok.  But i think they dont clean, beds are hard.  Toilet and sjouwers disgusting. Also trash in bedroom.  And very cold !

The location is really good, the rooms were clean but the common areas were dusty and had a lot of trash around. The attendants were nice.

Conveniently located in the old town and easy access to the attractions. The vibes at the hostel is great.
