The environment is great, and the auntie (host/staff) is lovely. The two dogs are incredibly cute! The location here is also excellent, with convenient transport and plenty of food options and makeup/styling services nearby. The little golden retriever is super adorable, highly recommend!

The Inn is very beautiful and our room is very big and clean. Since the Inn is located near the road outside the ancient town, we asked to drop our luggage first before going around the ancient town. The owner and his brother were very kind to us and always smiling. They even helped us with our luggage and made us feel very welcomed from the beginning. The environment is peaceful and comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended if you are visiting the ancient town!

Great location, and you can pull your car right up to the front door. The room looked exactly like the pictures. The staff was incredibly helpful, recommending excellent restaurants and even booking tickets for a Tang Dynasty dinner show at Shangri-La. The food was alright, but the show with its traditional Tang dances and music was very interesting. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Spent three nights solo, the location in perfect, in the ancient town, close to buses and not far from train station and airport.The rooms are cozy and clean, comfortable and warm (elecric heated matress and heater a/c). The staff is lovely and really helpful (he helped me do the laundry and find the pick up point for my Taobao order). You need to enter a restaurant and cross it to access the hotel, the restaurant is really good and it's so convenient to have a quick meal, the staff is extremely lovely there too.

This guesthouse is located near the North Gate of the old town, making it super convenient to get there. The surrounding area has everything you need: a bus stop, restaurants, a supermarket, and a pharmacy. Taxis are also readily available. The guesthouse itself has a ******* style and even two adorable dogs. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I had a wonderful stay here, the hotel is very close to the main attractions in the ancient city. The bed was very comfortable and heated which was great as it was rather cold outside during the night. The rooms are clean and have all the amenities one needs.

The location right in the ancient city is super convenient. The host was also very welcoming and friendly. We booked the 'starry sky room,' and it was a novel experience to realize you could even spot clouds at night. It's also just a stone's throw from Guishan Park! The service was incredibly attentive. It's a nice place, but they don't clean the room. They also don't restock towels or water! I had to ask for them, and they gave them out like they were trying to save money. I'm so happy, really.

Everything was good, the hot is located into the old city, easy to get around. The restaurant downstairs offers very delicious food, I suggest you to try it. Our room was pretty big and comfy, but is still and old style Chinese inn, with beds in the ground, and the bathroom without hitting. The service was great the receptionist and, I guess, the owner was welcoming and friendly

Have everything you want here. The room is clean and comfy, the location is easily connect to the most hight-light shopping street. And also close to the main road if you want you catch taxi. Laoban is super nice and welcome to help you. Eg. The free pick-up, this is superb perk 👍🏻 Note, if you to avoid the guests's sounds please ask laoban if he can find the 2nd floor or proper room

We loved our stay at the Gesajibu Inn! It was the perfect location in Shangri-La old town which made it easy to explore the main sites. The room was very clean and spacious with large beds and bathroom as well as authentic furniture and design - incredible value for money! As mentioned in other reviews, you can hear the noise from the street below, but this quietened down around midnight so wasn’t a big issue - if you are wanting a quieter trip I suggest booking a room overlooking the courtyard. I would recommend staying here for anyone visiting Shangri-La and we will definitely book again on our next visit.
