Lavande properties in Shangri-La

It’s like a 2 minute walk to the Shangrila high speed railway station, very convenient if taking the train. Room is very clean and functional. Breakfast is not bad. The staff service was excellent. The only complaint is that the centralised AC only blows hot air during this season. As the blanket is very thick and the room is quite warm, you must open the window to bring in the cool air. Still we didn’t sleep very well due to this reason. We notice chain hotels always don’t turn on the cooling mode for their AC during the cold season. It means you have to open the window and endure the noise from outside and get woken up by the heat inside the blanket in the middle of the night. We never had this problem when staying at the cheaper home-stays that provide individual air conditioning in each room. We hope chain hotels give guests the flexibility to turn on either the cooling or heating mode.

I've stayed here twice, for a total of 8 nights, and it offers great value for money. The front desk staff, especially one lovely lady, was incredibly warm and attentive; she even upgraded my room for free! The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, so transportation is a breeze. The room itself was well-equipped, spacious, clean, and tidy, even coming with a humidifier. In winter, I loved lying on the sofa in the afternoon, soaking up the sun. The central air conditioning was quiet at night, which is a huge plus for someone who needs a good sleeping environment. Housekeeping was also prompt and thorough every day. Since I visit Shangri-La frequently, I've decided this will be my go-to place. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!

A hotel that is hard to say. Shangri-La is full of homestays, with uneven levels. My family has three big and two small, the room requirement is that the bed can sleep, thinking that the brand hotel should be no problem, the result is that the room bed is enough, but the big small, the bedside and the TV series in the middle of the aisle of adults crossing the road. Forget this, I recognized it, and I didn't want to find it again. I decided to live for another day, so Trip.com The original order was to continue to live in the original room. As a result, I told me the next morning that I didn't choose the original room. I didn't have two beds. Finally, after coordinating for a long time, we still gave us the original room. After playing all day, we returned to the room. It was a variety of conditions: the quilt was laid, but it was the quilt, the straw that fell on the ground, the garbage in the toilet washbasin, and the carpet in the room was wet. And the room smelled all night (no smell the first night). Speechless, the worst hotel experience. The beauty makes up for the regret.
