Orange Hotel properties in Shangri-La

The hotel's location is super convenient, less than a 10-minute walk from the ancient city. The service was pretty good too; they offered me a cup of tea as soon as I arrived, and there were welcome fruits after check-in. The room itself was cozy and instantly made a tired traveler feel comfortable. It had both floor heating and air conditioning. The floor heating was almost *too* good – I ended up sleeping with the window open! There's also oxygen equipment available for both diffusion and nasal inhalation. Breakfast in the restaurant didn't have a huge variety, but the beef noodles were quite tasty. As for negatives: there were some missed spots during cleaning, both in the room and public areas. I hope they can be more thorough in the future. Also, the balcony felt pretty pointless. It faced directly onto the parking lot, so there was nothing to see, making it seem utterly meaningless unless you absolutely need to sit outside.

The room was clean and had unique character. I loved the smart controls and the cool, personalized lighting design. The wet and dry areas in the bathroom were separated, and the heating was powerful. They even had an oxygen machine! The front desk and room service staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location was super convenient, about 300 meters from the old town, with tons of dining options nearby. I'm very satisfied!
