The staff were so warm and attentive, always ready to help with anything we needed. They even helped us get group tickets for the hot springs and made us breakfast! The service was truly outstanding. We'll definitely be back to stay here again next winter for skiing.

The hotel service was excellent. From the high-speed train pickup to check-in, everything went smoothly. The room's heating was very good, and there was also a humidifier. The hotel has its own small convenience store and dining area, which was very convenient for our meals.

Yabuli was the last stop on our trip to Northeast China with family and friends. The hotel room was very comfortable, and they even provided free breakfast. Waking up to the beautiful snowy scenery every morning filled our trip with a sense of relaxation. We all highly praised Ticket Agent Xiao Wang and driver Hao, who were incredibly warm and thoughtful. They promptly responded to our inquiries and arranged our activities. The forest hot spring they recommended near the hotel had pools suitable for all ages, which was perfect for relaxing after skiing. It was a truly pleasant and enjoyable experience. Winter in Northeast China is cold, but our journey was warm and wonderful.

First off, the service at Yabuli Hotel is genuinely excellent. Our butler reached out a day in advance to arrange pickup and drop-off at the high-speed rail station. The hotel also has its own ski resort, and equipment rental was included, which is definitely a big plus. The hotel environment is also fantastic, and the kids absolutely loved it!

First time in Yabuli, and the hotel's service, particularly from Xiao Wang, was incredibly thoughtful. She arranged for a driver to pick us up and drop us off, recommended many activities, and helped with ticket bookings. Any issues we had were promptly resolved.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the ski resort. Downstairs, there are restaurants offering iron pot stew and Northeastern Chinese cuisine, plus a barbecue joint next door, so dining options are plentiful. There's also a supermarket for your shopping needs. The room was warm and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. Our concierge, Xiao Wang (she's a woman!), helped us arrange tours to local attractions, which was more affordable and reliable than booking online. I highly recommend coming to Yunfeng and asking for Xiao Wang!

Great, there's a standalone ski resort right next to the hotel, which is super convenient, perfect for beginners to learn at directly. The hotel itself is spacious too.
