Yiduo Resort Hotel, Yabuli

Getting to the ski resort was super quick, just 5 minutes away. The hotel service was excellent all around, from the shuttle drivers to the lovely ladies at the front desk, and even the aunties in the restaurant and those who cleaned our room – everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Booking ski and attraction tickets through the hotel manager was also a great deal. My child loved it here, and we'll definitely be choosing this place again next winter season.

The hotel room was clean and very close to the ski slopes. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and they even offered complimentary handmade dumplings on the first night of the ***** New Year (you could even make them yourself!), which was a great experience. The hotel's shuttle service was fantastic; the driver was super enthusiastic and saved us a lot of hassle. Definitely a huge thumbs-up!

Loved the room! The hotel staff promptly reminded us to retrieve an item we'd left behind, which was super helpful. The slippers were also great, very cozy. I'll definitely recommend this place to friends for their next stay. Very satisfied!

There were over a dozen bugs in the room—crawling, flying, dead, and alive. One even flew into my ear while I was sleeping. What's going on here??

The hotel offers a lot of great deals, including ski passes, ski apparel, and snowmobile tickets, all at prices much lower than the original. Before we left, they even gave us a Yabuli fridge magnet.

The hotel is new and clean, and the butler was incredibly helpful with airport pickup and drop-off, even taking us to and from tourist attractions whenever we needed. They also offered great travel tips. Truly excellent service!

The most important thing for a hotel is a comfortable bed, and this one exceeded expectations. The pillows, mattress, and duvet were all excellent, and the hygiene was impeccable. The service attitude was great, always responsive to requests, especially the shuttle service. The driver was patient and helpful; when I left my ID in the returned ski clothes, they immediately arranged for it to be found. Regarding the hotel facilities, there was a pungent smell upon entering, perhaps from an air freshener. More ventilation might be better.
