Atour X Hotel Shantou The MixC, Convention & Exhibition Center

Came to Shantou for a food and travel trip and booked this Atour hotel online in advance. Overall, the experience was pretty good. The location is excellent, close to all sorts of eateries, and the bedding was very comfortable, leading to a great night's sleep.

Service: Absolutely fantastic. They provided a map of nearby dining spots and even upgraded our room for the kids during the National Day holiday. They also dried our clothes, folded them, and delivered them to our room door. Location: Within walking distance to MixC mall and a food street, which is incredibly convenient. Comfort: Quiet and peaceful, and the breakfast was also plentiful.

The hotel service was quite good; they even allowed a late check-out upon request. The room was very quiet and peaceful. There was even a skylight, which was a nice touch. However, for those who prefer a firmer mattress, the hotel's mattress might be a bit too soft.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. It's close to both MixC and Longyan South Road. The front desk staff were very welcoming, and I even got a room upgrade – super satisfied! They also thoughtfully provided a guide to local food spots. 👍

The front desk service was excellent, and the room was quite nice. We even got a free upgrade to a room with a window! The hotel is very close to Longyan South Road and MixC, making it convenient for getting around. The surrounding area is lively during the day, but it's still quiet at night.

This Atour Hotel boasts an excellent location, and the staff are kind and patient. They are always ready to help solve any issues promptly. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

The facilities generally feel a bit outdated, and having only one elevator is a bit inconvenient. Other than that, everything else was good.

My overall stay exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend this hotel. The location is excellent, with easy access to dining, entertainment, and shopping. The room was clean and spacious, and all the bedding was from Atour's own brand. The pillow comfort was just right, significantly improving my sleep quality. The room was well soundproofed, with no disturbing noise. The staff were friendly and responsive to requests. Breakfast offered a rich variety of fresh ingredients. The hotel environment was elegant, making for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The value for money is great, perfect for both vacations and short stays. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely be back again.

Comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The service was also very thoughtful. The kids had a blast, and the twin room even had a small skylight!
