The hotel's location is pretty good, within walking distance to the food street, and Shantou Small Park is also walkable. There are plenty of good eateries nearby. The cleanliness is acceptable, but there's room for improvement. It's quite convenient for dining out. I arrived at 11 AM, and since the room wasn't ready, I just left my luggage. When the room was available at 3 PM, the hotel staff thoughtfully brought my luggage up to my second-floor room. It's a decent stay, nothing spectacular but solid, and I'd recommend it.

The room's cleanliness was quite poor. Many of the stains weren't the kind that are impossible to remove, but rather seemed like they just hadn't cleaned properly. For instance, the air conditioning unit was covered in dust bunnies, and the sink was full of grime that we could easily wipe off with a face towel. The tatami flooring was old and dirty, there was hair and fuzz all over the bedding, the toilet bowl was yellowed, and so was the shower floor. The hotel is located on the first and second floors right in the middle of a residential complex, so navigation couldn't pinpoint the exact address. If you're driving, you'll end up circling the complex endlessly. Parking isn't free; we had to park at the food street's parking lot next door, which cost 18 RMB per day. Because it's on the lower floors of a residential building, it gets very noisy in the mornings, almost by 8 or 9 AM. However, the owner's service was good and very enthusiastic. They even sent us some travel tips. It's just that the hygiene really needs improvement.

The location is fantastic, right inside a small park. I was initially worried about parking, but the owner let me use their parking space for free for two days, which I really appreciate. It made getting around very convenient, and the owner's service was super warm and attentive. The room was clean and tidy too. For this price, it's really great value for money, highly recommended!!!

The location is great, right across from Zhenbang Food Street, making it very convenient for getting around. The room was really clean and didn't have any strange odors. The owner was very nice; I told him in advance and he even helped me find a parking space. The room also came with a tea set, and the price was reasonable. I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in town.

We chose this guesthouse primarily because of its proximity to Shantou Small Park. Secondly, the room we selected was larger than similar guesthouses, over 30 square meters, and even had a bathtub 🛁, which was perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. Thirdly, the owner was incredibly warm and helpful, always ready to answer our questions. They recommended fantastic spots for beef hotpot, raw marinated seafood, and breakfast, all of which were amazing and didn't disappoint. They even helped us plan our itinerary, making our three-day, two-night trip to Shantou joyful and smooth. The guesthouse's location is unbeatable: one exit leads directly across the street to Small Park, and the other leads to Zhenbang Food Street. The No. 105 bus terminal (with direct service to Nanao Island) is just a few minutes' walk away. It's truly excellent, excellent, excellent! The only minor drawback is that the soundproofing in the room could be a bit better, but the bed 🛏️ was very comfortable, and it still offers great value for money. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Shantou.
