location is great. Food is so easily available downstairs. it is near to the food street. Probably bcos this hotel is new, they don't have standard ways in doing cleaning. Upon check-in, counter lady asked us to remind front counter every morning to do the cleaning. Isn't it supposed to be automatic. She said to prevent the room from being missed out for cleaning. They also don't top up toilet paper, shower gel as necessary. Always have missing towels that needed us to tell them to top up cos they have collected the old towels.

Non smoking room but some guest can smoke at rest area and officer smoked at check in. So it is not qulity for my old brothers and sisters.

I like how the room has a washing machine. Room was big as I booked the bigger one. Projector as screen has it pros and cons - screen not as clear. However no complains as I don’t really watch shows. Had a pleasant stay

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Jane Eyre Designer Hotel. The location is perfect, lots of restaurants in the area, it is centrally located. It was easy to find and as a bonus, the hotel is brand new. The room was spacious, we booked 2 double beds. The hotel room had a fridge, washing machine, toiletries, disposable slippers. I could not ask for more. The bed was super comfy. So much so, that we had the most restful sleep at this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. I will be returning to this hotel on my next visit to Shantou.

The room is in line with the photos, overall nice
But the toilet drain has a bad smell. Very bad
The cleaning lady at the front desk is very polite
