White Swan Hotel Shantou

The hotel boasts an elegant environment and comfortable rooms. I'd like to specially commend the front desk staff, Bingbing, for her thoughtful, attentive, and warm service. Everything I requested during my two-day stay was promptly taken care of, making her truly trustworthy! A special thanks for arranging breakfast delivery for my child, which was a huge help for traveling with a toddler. The housekeeping staff, Weibin, also provided excellent service.

Shantou White Swan Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff, especially Win, was incredibly warm and attentive. Check-in was super fast, and they were always there when we needed anything – so thoughtful. The room facilities were brand new and smart, the mattress was wonderfully soft, and the bathroom's wet/dry separation was excellent. The cleanliness was impeccable; the lobby and rooms were bright and spotless, making for a very reassuring stay. The first-line sea view was stunning, and the infinity pool was perfect for photos. Overall, an incredible experience – highly recommend!

This hotel is super convenient, right next to the stadium where Little Qi Ge's concert was held. The hotel itself is nice, and the rooms are quite spacious. However, the carpet in the room had a strong odor, and it was the same in the hallway – a musty smell hit you as soon as you stepped out of the elevator. The air circulation in the room wasn't great either. On the plus side, the staff were really friendly and even gave me a gift when I checked out! The buffet restaurant had a good ambiance, but the food was just okay, and some dishes were already cold. I skipped the Chinese restaurant to get to the concert early, but I'll definitely give it a try if I have the chance next time!

It's a bit far from the city center, making it quieter, and it's next to Shantou University. It's very convenient if you're driving, with free parking, and it's not too far from Nanao Island or Small Park. Public transport is a bit lacking, with few nearby subways or buses, so you'll need to take a taxi if you're not driving. Overall, it's a quiet area, suitable for vacations, exhibitions, or concerts, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. ✅ **Summary** New and clean, great sea view, and stable service. It's suitable for both business and family vacations, with a nice blend of Chaoshan flavor and modern design. The lobby, in particular, is incredibly grand, with an impressive revolving door. If you like quiet, spacious rooms, you should definitely give this place a try.

Environment: It's quiet, a good choice if you're driving, and quite convenient for visiting Nan'ao Island. Hygiene: Pretty clean. Transportation: There's a new inner ring road to the city center, so it's reasonably convenient. Facilities: The swimming pool wasn't open, and I later forgot to check out the scenic pavilion on the fifth floor.

Had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and well-equipped. Oliver from the front desk provided excellent service. I'll definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance.
