Booking the Atour Hotel in Xinyicheng was definitely the best decision for my trip to Shantou. The location is absolutely fantastic; I could get to Xiaogongyuan in just over ten minutes. The room was bright and airy, and came fully equipped with a smart toilet and a capsule coffee machine. Plus, the staff were great at recommending local eateries!

As expected from a Hyatt property, the quality is reliable. The room was clean, tidy, and free of any strange odors, and the soft bedding ensured a great night's sleep. The staff were attentive and thoughtful, and the location is vibrant with convenient transportation. It offers excellent value for money and is truly worth recommending.

Warm and hearty - a late-night health porridge: It was especially delicious. The hotel front desk service was excellent, warm, and attentive, making for a fantastic check-in experience. All the staff at the front desk were wonderful, and the housekeeping aunties cleaned very meticulously. I was very satisfied with my stay this time, and they were also very thoughtful. The lobby is also very inviting, and the gym is generally well-equipped, with those steel sanitizers which are particularly good. Plus, the nearby commercial district is very close, making dining convenient, and there's a small park nearby too. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

This is my second stay at this hotel brand, and for my food trip in Shantou, I chose it again. It's conveniently located within a three-kilometer radius for exploring and eating. Getting around is super easy. Check-in was a breeze, and the room was well-ventilated with no stuffy smell. The toiletries were high quality, and the robot delivery service was a nice touch. The highlight of breakfast was definitely the freshly made Chaoshan kway teow soup – so authentic and delicious! The service was warm and attentive, and the value for money is excellent.
