Parking at the hotel is convenient. Upon entering, the lobby made a great impression, feeling spacious and bright! The elevators were also convenient, but the hallway on our floor felt a bit stuffy. We booked a suite, which was very spacious, and the sofa in the living room was very comfortable. Now, let's talk about the downsides: housekeeping issues. We had to remind them to provide extra toilet paper and water. On a second occasion, we were short two towels and two bath towels, and the bath mat on the bathroom floor wasn't replaced. Moreover, the hotel surprisingly houses a KTV or perhaps a disco. The vibrating noise from it was incredibly noticeable on the 9th floor late at night. We stayed for three nights, and only on the second night was the sound slightly softer and ended a bit earlier. Especially on the third night, I couldn't help but call the front desk to complain. They said they would send security to intervene, but ultimately, there was no improvement. The partying went on from around 10 PM until roughly 2 AM, leaving my head throbbing from the noise. The hotel breakfast selection was limited, but the beef kway teow was delicious! What's more, there are plenty of good dining options within a two-kilometer radius, and they all taste great.

Service Attitude: The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and quick to respond, making us feel genuinely at home. Facilities & Environment: The rooms were spotless and comfortable, boasting excellent facilities. The location is also very convenient for transportation. Dining Experience: Breakfast offered a wide and varied selection, and the quality certainly lived up to our expectations. Value for Money: Considering the reasonable price, this place truly offers outstanding value for money.

This is considered one of the better hotels in the area. I was visiting Shantou for leisure and found the location quite convenient. I'd definitely stay here again! **Service:** The hotel staff were excellent – always friendly, smiling, and quick to resolve any issues. **Cleanliness:** Spotlessly clean and tidy. **Facilities:** The parking lot is huge, and the lobby is quite luxurious. I forgot to take photos of the room, but it was very spacious and nice.

The bed was a bit small, making it a little cramped for an adult and a child. However, the overall hotel environment and ambiance were excellent! The service was good. While it's a bit far from Shantou city center, the hotel offers great food delivery options, and there are also plenty of local eateries nearby. Considering it was during the May Day holiday, the price offered fantastic value for money.

The room was decent, and breakfast was a bit sparse. However, the overall ambiance of the hotel was quite nice. What I found completely unacceptable was being charged for extra mineral water. When I asked the front desk, I was told a small bottle cost 5 RMB and a large one 10 RMB. Having stayed in countless hotels for business this year, it's the first time I've ever been charged for water at a hotel in this price range.

Highly disappointed. I forgot my charger in my room after checking out. I called the front desk to ask them to bring it down. However, they instructed me to go up to the 10th floor to find the cleaning staff to open the room for me. To my dismay, I waited for a very long time, but no staff member ever showed up. In the end, I had to come back days later, when I was passing by, to pick up my charger. The service was truly beyond words, absolutely terrible.

The hotel is conveniently located near our destination, the facilities are quite new, and it's very affordable. It offers excellent value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit!

I’ve been here for five night, the food was great but same recipe every single day.  this hotel just renovated it’s nice. But in the room has really strong smoke smell which is same as other hotel around here. The maid was really nice.

Rooms🛏: The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped with state-of-the-art smart devices. The bed is incredibly comfortable, ensuring a wonderfully restful sleep. The bathroom is also spotless, with a constant and ample supply of hot water. This hotel offers fantastic value for money, and I wholeheartedly recommend it! 👏

Excellent! The environment is lovely, and there's ample parking downstairs, including EV charging spots. We were passing through Shantou during the May Day holiday, and city hotels had ridiculously inflated prices. This nearby hotel had good reviews, so we decided to give it a try, and it certainly didn't disappoint.

The hotel is lovely. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious and generous.

The location is ideal. The room size and the beds are above average. Unfortunately breakfast is disappointing. Refills are not sufficient at the breakfast, had some days that they told there is no more bread. When you see the worker cleaning the table with same water and cloth everytime you start to question the hygene.

The hotel is quite spacious, and I was initially pleased upon arrival. However, starting at 9 PM, extremely loud KTV noise erupted – I'm not sure if it was from downstairs or elsewhere. If you're a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, you absolutely must avoid this place; it was incredibly disruptive. I contacted the front desk, but they couldn't resolve the issue, and then actual singing voices started blaring! This continued until the early hours of the morning. To make matters worse, there are hardly any dining options nearby.

Hotel is cleaned and lots of good restaurants closed by.
