Good location that is quiet and still near food and shopping which is accessible easily with Didi. Ji hotel is a good Chinese brand that international travellers like myself will like.

The hotel was appealing due to its decor. The room was clean, and the pillows and mattress were quite comfortable. It's a pity the smart toilet didn't have a bidet function; otherwise, the experience would have been even better. The front desk service was good; they were knowledgeable about Chaoshan, answered all my questions, and provided helpful advice.

The room layout was very well designed, simple yet elegant. The amenities were complete, and the laundry room was perfect for family trips! The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and friendly, and parking was convenient! Overall, it was great and offered good value for money!

All good especially the service and food for breakfast. The best breakfast selection for all the Hampton hotels by Hilton I have stayed . Special thanks to Ms Joy from the front desk who provided very informative and well recommended places to eat for local foods in that area . Her patience must be commended !👍

We had a really great experience staying here as a family group! The rooms were beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped — perfect for both rest and relaxation after a full day of exploring. The staff were warm, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Also had the making of 红桃糕 experience and we had so much fun! Highly recommend if you are visiting 汕头！

Yuting bie yuan is clean and tidy, and it's within walking distance to the longyan south road. We enjoyed the breakfast, and at night we watched a movie using the projector provided.

Fantastic Stay with Goo Views & Exceptional Bike Rental Service! A wonderful hotel that truly lives up to its promise! Our room was clean and offered the beautiful view shown in the pictures. The location is incredibly convenient, right on a lively street with endless eateries downstairs—we were spoilt for choice! A standout feature was the motorbike rental service recommended by the hotel (we got the contact from the front desk on Level 12). The price was cheaper than other options we checked, and the service was exceptionally reliable and thoughtful. Since we were unsure about handling the bike, the staff kindly brought it over to let us test it first before confirming—a gesture we truly appreciated. Perfect for exploring the island, highly recommend both the hotel and their bike rental partner. Was also given a small gift from the hotel when we checked in and check out. Such a nice gesture!

Just checked into the Kaiyad Hotel (Shantou Chenghai Branch), and I'm loving it! It's right in the heart of Chenghai, super convenient for business trips. The rooms are so comfortable, it feels like a home away from home. The service staff are friendly and always ready to help. I had a great time here and will definitely come back next time I'm in town! 💖

Exceptional Stay – Panorama Sea View Every staff member I encountered – from reception to housekeeping – went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their friendliness, efficiency, and genuine hospitality really made me feel valued as a guest. They also help to receive my taobao delivery of parcels. Well down for all staff. They also specially provide our room upgrade for seaview to our special honeymoon couple. The hotel’s room & lobby cleanliness is well-maintained. My room felt fresh, tidy, and inviting, with thoughtful touches that showed the care and attention put into daily upkeep. The housekeeping team did an amazing job, and I truly appreciated their promptness and consistency throughout my stay. The location is also a major highlight – conveniently situated near key attractions located at seaside , dining options, yet peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. It made exploring the area effortless, and I could easily return to the hotel for a quick rest before heading out again. The amenities are well-equipped, thoughtfully designed to cater to both leisure and big group of families. From the helpful lounge areas to the private big room, and in-room conveniences, everything was in place to make my stay both enjoyable and productive. Overall, my experience here was nothing short of excellent. It’s rare to find a place that delivers consistently on all fronts – service, location, and amenities – but this hotel truly does.
