The front desk staff were excellent, helping with an upgrade and responding quickly when I requested items. The room was also clean and spacious! Highly recommend.

The room was clean, tidy, and bright! The service was excellent! Everything was great throughout the day 😌 I'll definitely choose Atour again next time! I think it offers good value for money!

Extremely satisfied! Atour really lives up to its reputation. As soon as I walked in, there was a faint smell of disinfectant, which shows how thoroughly they clean. The room was spacious, and even though it faced the street, it wasn't noisy at all. It was also right next to the elevator, but I barely heard any sound from it in the room. The front desk staff was lovely; the young lady patiently answered all my questions. At check-out, she even gave us two bottles of water for the road. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was fresh and clean. The juice and milk were from recognizable brands, and they even offered a thoughtful late-night congee. All in all, choosing Atour is always a safe bet!

Facilities: I paid 199 at the front desk to get an Atour Gold membership, and the front desk staff said it included an upgrade to a family room with one 1.8m and one 1.2m bed. Service, cleanliness, and environment were all decent. The hotel is also conveniently located near restaurants and convenience stores.

The location is excellent, very close to Jinmachi Bay and Er malu, making it super convenient for going to the beach and dining. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic; they helped with luggage storage, arranged our room, and even gave us water when we checked out. The room was clean, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the view from the window was expansive. It's really suitable for family trips, with thoughtful details everywhere. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Extremely satisfied with this trip! The first room had a smoky smell, but the floor attendant immediately helped me contact the front desk to switch rooms. A robot delivered the new room key, saving me an extra trip. We were successfully moved within 10 minutes 👍🏻👍🏻. Upon arrival, we also received complimentary breakfast. The breakfast selection was diverse and plentiful. For this price point, Atour's breakfast is probably the best.
