Hilton Garden Inn Shanwei Haibin Boulevard

The room was great and very clean. The restaurant's decor and views were lovely, and the breakfast selection was quite good. The coffee was excellent, and the beef brisket kway teow was delicious. The front desk staff was very attentive; I couldn't get used to the standard pillow, so they brought me a latex one. The only minor drawback is that for a newly renovated hotel, the TV doesn't support screen mirroring.

The front desk agent upgraded us to a suite, which made our stay absolutely wonderful. The room was very spacious and the facilities were excellent! Highly recommend.

The hotel hasn't been open for long. Perhaps due to its slightly remote location, there aren't many guests. It's right by the sea, and you can see the ocean from your window.

The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft, making for a very comfortable sleep. The bathroom had a good wet/dry separation and no unpleasant odors. The front desk staff were warm and helpful, and check-in was quick. The location is excellent. I highly recommend staying here.

It's okay. It's a bit far from the main commercial district, but not too far. However, I felt the front desk wasn't very professional, and for a hotel that opened in 2025, the TV was literally just a TV – you couldn't even cast to it. There was no smart toilet either...

Stayed at Hilton Garden Inn for the May Day holiday. The sofa in the room had a strange stain. The worst part was, the day after checking out, I suddenly remembered to check on my deposit. To my surprise, out of the 500 deposit, only 40 was refunded, without any phone notification. If I hadn't noticed, would they have just kept the 460? I called the front desk and found out they made a mistake, but there was no apology or anything... Check-in the day before also took a long time. I suggest they strengthen their training.

The room was clean and had a great view from the window. Just across the street is the inner lake, perfect for a relaxing walk or run. The customer service was excellent; every time I requested bottled water, a robot delivered it almost immediately after I hung up the phone. There's free parking, which is very convenient for those driving. The only downside is the lack of nearby restaurant choices, so you'll need to drive to find food. While it's not near the popular tourist spots, its comfortable and quiet environment more than makes up for it. Overall, very good.

The environment is pretty good. The hotel is right across the street from the bay and the beach, and our room offered great views of the ocean and the sunrise. The only downside is that there aren't many dining options nearby, so you'll need a car to get to restaurants. Cleanliness: Pretty good. Service: Also very good. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and the floor attendants were very polite. Facilities: The facilities are relatively new. Breakfast was just average.
