Satu Boutique Stay (Shanwei Ermalu Food Street Xinli City Plaza)

I originally only planned to stay one night, but to my surprise, the hotel's location was excellent, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and the room was very clean and tidy. The overall experience was superb, so I extended my stay for another night! 👍

I specifically came to leave a five-star review! It was super easy to find the hotel after getting off the car, and the location is very convenient for transportation. As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt really comfortable. The reception staff were all smiles, and the guest room was spotlessly clean. The bathroom was dry and odor-free, the hot water supply was stable, and the air conditioning was powerful enough. The sound insulation in the hallway and room was excellent, so my rest was completely undisturbed. I couldn't find any flaws in the hygiene or service, and the value for money is exceptional. I'll definitely recommend it to my relatives and friends when they visit, and it's worth coming back to again and again!

I paid extra to upgrade my room and it was very comfortable. The washing machine was a thoughtful and clean touch. The room was well soundproofed, nice and quiet. The location is key. Highly recommend!

Big thanks to the staff! My son accidentally broke the slipper rack, and the staff immediately came to sort it out. When we came back from our late-night snack, the rack was already fixed, and their service attitude was excellent. It was also very quiet. I'll definitely visit again.

The smart toilet is a great touch, and the room itself is very spacious and comfortable. It's a nice room, very clean, and the service is excellent. The front desk staff are also great. Plus, there are lots of food options nearby.

The location is super convenient, right in the middle of Er Malu. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic, the facilities are new, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and hygienic. It was a fantastic stay!

When I first booked, I noticed this place had the highest rating. Upon arrival, it definitely lived up to the hype! The service was excellent, the room was beautiful and clean, and the front desk staff were very welcoming. It truly deserves all the praise. I'll definitely be back next time!
