The rooms were clean and spacious. The hotel is very near to the beach. There were not many restaurants close to the hotel but downtown is just 15 minutes away by car. Great value for money.

A great place to stay. I chose the Mediterranean room, which had a nice comfy queen bed, modern shower, and spacious balcony. A little confusing having to come in through the parking garage but overall 5/5. The owner also invited me for a morning run along the beach and gave me restaurants recommendations.

When I went there, the weather was just right, and it was very comfortable to lie on the balcony and enjoy the sea breeze and watch the sea view. If you don't plan to go to Windmill Island, staying in this hotel and taking a taxi is the best way to get around. If you drive by yourself, the parking space on Erma Road is really hard to find.
