Marriott Hotel (Shaoguandong Railway Station The History East Street)

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center by the river. Parking is convenient, and the rooms and bedding are clean and tidy. The front desk staff are very welcoming and attentive to all requests. The breakfast, in particular, offers a great variety, making it excellent value for money.

Manager Xiao Pan was warm, attentive, and provided excellent service. The breakfast had a wide variety of dishes. Thumbs up!

Traveled during the May Day holiday, so it was crowded, and a slight price increase is understandable. However, the value for money wasn't great. We stayed in a 2.7-meter bed, but the room was tiny, and the shower area was also very small. The only two upsides were the excellent location by the river, very close to BaiNian DongJie, and the wide variety of good breakfast options. The hairdryer was also pretty good! 😄

The location is convenient, right by the river. The best part is the large parking lot with a charging station directly across from the hotel. Although the exterior looks a bit old, stepping into the lobby gives you a sense of luxury and sophistication. The price is reasonable, and the room facilities are five-star. The bedding is clean and hygienic, and the memory foam pillows specifically made for a sound sleep.

The family suite was fantastic! It's a suite, and the 2.7-meter bed was incredibly comfortable for staying with our child. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, which was great. The overall environment, cleanliness, and management were all excellent. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, truly heartwarming. The hotel also has free underground parking, which is a huge plus! Great value for money!

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and always greeted guests proactively. The laundry facilities were excellent. However, the breakfast selection was a bit limited, although the taste was quite good. It would be great if reusable bags could be provided in the rooms, and if the toiletries were a bit more refined.

The overall environment of the room is great. The bathroom is a wet/dry separation, which is very convenient, and the shower facilities are quite advanced. Plus, the staff are especially enthusiastic; anything we needed was delivered promptly, and they even helped us push the beds together. It was definitely worth choosing this place, even though it's a little further from the pedestrian street. The breakfast is also relatively rich, so it's a good option for families or those traveling with children.
