The hotel reception staff were excellent and very welcoming. The hotel facilities are complete and well-maintained. It's located directly opposite Moore City shopping mall, which is super convenient for getting around. The manager of the pool and gym on the second floor was also very friendly. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it to everyone for future visits. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Came to Shaoguan for the May Day holiday and stayed at the Holiday Inn across from Moor City. Being an IHG member was really convenient. They kindly extended our check-out by two hours for free. The room was clean and tidy, though the air conditioning was a bit noisy at night. Parking was a bit tight, with limited spaces both above ground and in the garage. The hotel staff were friendly and always greeted us warmly.

The location is fantastic, right next to Shaoguan's largest mall, offering everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The hotel service is also impeccable, with friendly and efficient staff. I'll definitely be back!

I've stayed in Shaoguan several times, and this is by far the best hotel. Firstly, the location is great, close to the Mall City. Secondly, the hotel is new, and all the facilities are excellent. There are a couple of downsides though: first, people who aren't hotel guests can also use the pool, making the crowd a bit mixed. Second, the charging stations in the parking lot and on the ground floor are just for show; I had to drive to Sinopec to charge my car. I hope they can improve this.

The hotel location is convenient, and the mall across the street is huge. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, and the staff are all great. HUANG LAM at the front desk was especially polite and had an excellent attitude. The room they arranged was perfect, and they'd greet me whenever I passed through the lobby, which was a really nice touch. This hotel is definitely worth coming back to!

The hotel environment is great, and Xiaoli at the front desk was warm and attentive. I'll definitely come again if I have the chance.

Came here for a hike and stayed at this hotel. I usually give good reviews. The room was nice and well-maintained, but the service was a bit lacking. I had a reservation, but when I arrived, they told me they didn't have it, which wasted some time. The gym management could also use some improvement. For example, there was no water, disinfectant wipes, tissues, or towels available. They have a lot of equipment, but the service doesn't quite match up.

We were upgraded to a high-floor room, which was great overall. The kids loved it, especially the constant-temperature swimming pool, so we could even go for a swim at night. Downstairs is the Moore City shopping mall, making it super convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping.

Stayed here for a business trip and it was quite good, definitely a high-end hotel!
