Atour Hotel Joy City, Lu Xun Hometown, Shaoxing

This trip with my mother was mainly about finding a comfortable, quiet environment where we could rest well. Atour's service, cleanliness, ambiance, and facilities are all top-notch, making it our first choice for travel. The check-in service was exceptionally detailed, thoughtful, and the staff's attitude was superb. Breakfast was plentiful, and the mini wontons were especially delicious. It's also very close to all the scenic spots, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. It would be even more perfect if there were package deal discounts available! 👍😎

Excellent service! We had to change rooms last minute due to the location, and the front desk staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good, and they even offered congee as a late-night snack. Highly recommend! 👍

I have to give a shout-out to this hotel! On my last day, check-out was at 2 PM, but I was still out exploring in the morning. I rushed back to the hotel around 2, and the front desk was super understanding and extended my check-out to 3 PM. This gave me enough time to rest before heading off to catch my high-speed train. If I ever visit Shaoxing again, I'll definitely book this place!

Our family stay at the Atour Hotel in Shaoxing's Lu Xun Native Place Joy City was absolutely fantastic! We arrived quite late, and the front desk thoughtfully prepared hot wontons for our child, which was such a heartwarming gesture. The hotel facilities are excellent, with convenient laundry and white shoe cleaning areas, and the delivery robot was a smart touch. The breakfast spread was extensive, offering both Chinese and Western options, and we were thoroughly satisfied. What truly impressed us was that we accidentally left some clothes behind, and the hotel proactively contacted us and arranged for them to be mailed. The service was impeccable! Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Shaoxing!

The hotel was very clean and the location was convenient, close to all the city's attractions, most of which were within walking distance. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and even upgraded our room type.

Everything was great, except for the high price. The location is perfect, close to nearby attractions, and within a 1km walk. It's ideal for a family trip with seniors and children, allowing for a relaxed pace.

The room was clean and its central location made it convenient for getting around. During the holidays, there were a lot of people and we had to queue for breakfast, probably because there weren't enough tables. I'd definitely stay here again next time and hope things run smoothly.
