Very good location for me as we cannot have to travel more for our sourcing area

It was alright. The front desk staff were very friendly. The room was spacious enough. The water was very hard, but that's not the hotel's fault. I'll probably stay here again next time I'm in the area. It's also very convenient to get to nearby places.

The hotel is in a good, quiet location with public transportation a short distance away. The rooms have good noise insulation so I had no trouble sleeping at all hours of the day. The rooms were decent enough and it was a cost effective stay. However, I arrived well after check-in time and had to wait for a room to become available before I could be checked in. I wish the staff were had been prepared in this regard to avoid inconveniencing tired travelers. I also found the state of the carpet in the corridors to be bad but the rooms have different flooring so it didn’t affect my stay.

The hygiene was good, and the facilities were decent. The location and environment were also convenient. The front desk lady even recommended seeing the tulips, and the night view was truly beautiful. The location is also convenient, close to all the attractions.

On website it’s looks very clean and nice, but when we arrived it looked like a nightmare. Rooms are smelly and doesn’t look nice like on the website. And the stuff don’t have any respect and bothered us for some documents at night and the next morning at 6 am, while they could wait until 8 or 9 am. I never seen this terrible hotel and hotel service in my life. I will not suggest this hotel to anyone

Rooms shown in the picture do not match the hygiene level. Walls are dirty and stinks. But was fortunate enough and staff was kind enough to upgrade my room when asked.

The hotel is not in operation anymore, they then transferred us to another hotel belonging to their chain.
