This exceptional service has made Four Points Sheraton Hotel my first choice whenever I embark on a business trip to Sharjah, UAE.

Not bad hotel but very far from metro and Dubai landmarks. You will spend a lot of money for taxi if you come to city center from there. The stuff sets is nice

Room is very clean and comfortable. Big room and have much space. Around hotel have many supermarkets breakfast is good but don’t have fresh meat it’s like vegetarian delicious

The cleanliness and service are excellent, and it's very reasonably priced. This is my third stay here. Check-in is always quick, the front desk staff are friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast offers a good variety. All the staff are very polite.

Room is spacious and value for money but the pillows are quite old and too soft. Breakfast was generally good with good variety of options. Layout of hotel not very appropriate to host larger family groups. Staff are quite flexible and eager to assist. Tried asking for late checkout but was only given about 30 mins extra rather than the typical 1hr

Weak shower pressure. Pillows not very comfortable. Overall the room is not bad, but worn in places.

Close to DXB terminal 2 as well as Sharjah Central Souk. Very far from Dubai attractions for any touristic purpose.

Check-in was smooth, and the room was very comfortable. I originally thought I had booked a standard small single room, but it turned out to be a one-bedroom, one-living room suite – it was huge! The bed was also very large and comfortable to sleep in. Overall, a great experience!

We had a nice time in the hotel. Rooms were clean and nice. Total value for money. 30 mins from Dubai mall/Burj Khalifa. Staffs were always very helpful.

The in-room amenities were comprehensive, including a hairdryer and an iron, all of which were in good working order. However, a significant drawback was that the tap water was consistently very cold and wouldn't heat up. Compounding this, it was easy to mistake the shower for the regular tap, resulting in an unexpected cold splash when simply trying to wash. Interestingly, the water in the pool's shower rooms *was* hot. The overall cleanliness was commendable; the room was very tidy and minimalist. Unfortunately, the bed sheets still had stains, and we didn't have an opportunity to request a change as we checked in quite late. The hotel's swimming pool was excellent, featuring a lifeguard who also doubled as a coach, and a hot spring pool ideal for a relaxing soak. Breakfast was decent and quite abundant, although some of the plates should have been replaced more promptly.
