The Receptionist staff had n I recently had a very disappointing experience at a five-star hotel due to the incredibly poor reception staff. From the moment I arrived, there was no warmth or interest in me as a guest. The receptionists showed a lack of competence and were not attentive to my requests.
concerns. Despite my repeated attempts to speak to the hotel manager, my requests were consistently ignored.
However, amidst the terrible service, I did encounter one remarkable staff member named (Ahmed shaban )from Syria. He was attentive, friendly, and genuinely interested in making my stay better. Ahmed was the only bright spot in an otherwise disappointing experience.
Overall, I was deeply unsatisfied with the reception staff at this five-star hotel. The lack of care for guest comfort and the dismissive attitude towards complaints are unacceptable. It is unfortunate to find such poor service at a renowned establishment. I will not be returning to this hotel and cannot recommend it to others
