what i can say… I booked a studio on Ctrip and prepaid. but when i got there the hotel said they have no room for me coz my booking was not confirmed. What a joke!

This hotel has two advantages - its location: proximity to the emirate of Dubai, good shops around and a full kitchen in the room. Everything else: service, cleanliness, cleaning, helpfulness, hospitality - are all big minuses! The rooms are really very dirty and decrepit, all the plumbing is leaking, there are practically no kitchen utensils (in response to my numerous requests to bring at least some dishes to the room, ONE was brought in two days! spoon. Probably the hotel has been in need of major repairs for 5-6 years!!! Of course, there is no desire to come to this hotel again! But if they renovate and replace the staff, this hotel could be VERY popular and create real competition for the Golden Sands hotel (ex. Ramada) located 100 meters away.

Just checked in and I ddnt like the experience.My husband requested for lower floor due to my height phobia but he was given a room in 10th floor...I called to check if we can be moved to a lower floor later or wait but we were told we cannot be moved to a lower floor later..I was told to wait until 2pm to get a lower floor which I agreed...surprisingly when I came down the receptionist ANNA was waiting at the elevator and we were given a room in 3rd floor to be precise 303 which we found the kitchen top dirty..I called one hsk staff on the floor to clean it for us.....very unprofessional and attitudinal receptionist ANNA..I highly DON'T recommend
