Very bad smell in the hotel from reception to the room , room also very bad condition dirty as well, Even very bad for you trip. Com promoting fake pictures with very bad hotel condition and without any cancellations option, Hope you and your team appreciate these pictures !! I left the hotel same day of my checking with any refund its also a wasting of time to clame it on trip experience made this year 3rd time . Be professional

Tissue was used not changed. No slippers no toothbrush only two big towel no small towel tv remote is not working broken and no battery and the emergency light was lighting the room all the night no parking available I wake long distance to find parking and come again for the. Hotel Need some maintenance

They don’t have parking, in such a busy place finding parking is almost impossible- particularly when you’re traveling from another Emirate. They are not willing to assist either . Breakfast also pathetic. The money they are charging for stay doesn’t justify the services they offer. I wouldn’t recommend. Thanks

We stayed at the hotel for a day between flights to rest and visit a couple of shops in Sharjah. They weren't in a rush with check-in, so we were guaranteed to get our room at the official time, but couldn't get in earlier, perhaps because we had booked a two-bedroom family suite. The hotel isn't very new, like most in Sharjah, and there are issues with many aspects: hangers, hot water temperature, and other minor details. As a place to rest and spend the night, it was acceptable for us.

As we have two rooms the reception nicely gave us a family suit which is good. The room is nice, big and clean. I enjoyed the stay.

The receptionist on the day shift was incredibly friendly and kind; she alone makes this hotel worthy of full marks.
