Sharjah Premiere Hotel & Resort Reviews

The hotel is tired and outdated, the staff is almost always unfriendly, and the only complaint we have is about the cleaning staff (he cleaned well and came when we weren't there). Be careful: there's a construction site next to the hotel (February 2026), and most of the rooms overlook it. We were initially assigned a room directly across from the construction site, so instead of sleeping, we enjoyed the sounds of excavators driving back and forth and construction workers bickering; they're no problem on Saturday night. At first, reception wanted to move us to another room, also overlooking the construction site, but after some indignation, they found a room with windows facing inward. There's only one supermarket nearby, and even that's not the best one. There are no pedestrian crossings nearby, and the paving on the opposite side of the road is currently being replaced. The hotel breakfasts are mediocre: a steady diet of greens (cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce), sour pineapple, and underripe watermelon, along with fried samosas and spring rolls. We had pasta a couple of times a week, and mashed potatoes once. It's as if rice has never been heard of here. Overall, the breakfast isn't worth the money. The hotel doesn't have its own beach, but they have an agreement with another hotel, Lou'lou'a Beach Resort. However, beach towels aren't always provided after lunch (they're taken away). The beach is small, with lots of small debris in the sand in places (cigarette cigarette butts, cellophane, bird feathers), and we found 3-4 pieces of glass (not sharp, but still) on the shore every day. The icing on the cake: around 4:40 PM, they unceremoniously kick you off your sunbed, take away your mattress, and place your sunbed in a row next to the umbrella. You can sit there, but it's not very pleasant.

Worst receptionist staff ever ... they dont smile . Asking for so many docents and requirements everytime ... last 20 years i used to visit them .. but this year its totally changed to be the worst ... them manager doesnt have etiquette. And he is not supposed to work in hotels .. Worst place ... Dont start your day there

A wonderful hotel for a relaxing holiday! Polite staff, which is important! The food is excellent, there is everything, you won’t go hungry, I had breakfast and dinner! There was meat, fish, seafood, a variety of fruits! The food is delicious 😊 The rooms are tired, but very pleasant in them stay, cozy! There was always water, tea, coffee, milk in the room. Despite the fact that the hotel was 3*, cleaning was done daily, frequent towels, bed linen, there were always shampoos, gels. The beach is across the road, 5 minutes across the road, not tense at the Lowe Hotel. The sea is simply gorgeous, white sand! There are free buses to Dubai and large shopping centers in Sharjah. At the entrance to the hotel there is an excursion seller, Ramil, who is always there, never away! Take only from him, because the tour operator sells more expensively and not enjoy the excursions. Tested by my own experience!!! You can contact Ramil with absolutely any question or request, he will help! He will tell you where you can do great shopping, to a cozy restaurant where you can eat delicious food and just have a good time! I have the impression that Ramil knows absolutely everything in the Emirates! Thanks to his help, my vacation was much more interesting and eventful. I was especially impressed by the La Perla show, I recommend it!👍Will I return to Sharjah Premier Hotel - definitely YES!!! A most interesting country with its own rules and customs!!!

A wonderful boutique hotel, I would love to come again! Clean rooms, music in the bathroom👍 Good buffet. It’s strange why 3*, I would rate it at 5* Cleaning and change of towels daily. Everything is at a decent level. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel and in Sharjah itself!!!

I stayed at the hotel from August 20 to August 28, 2023. The hotel is good, in Turkey it is 5 stars. Cool swimming pool, with waterfalls. Restaurant for 5, there is a choice of dishes. The staff is friendly, the rooms are large, every day they provide gels, shampoos, milk, coffee, water. And then there is this hotel employee, Imran. This young man is standing at the entrance to the hotel. Girls and women - don’t be fooled! This is all one-time use, He writes the same thing to everyone - I’M NEAR YOUR ROOM, ARE YOU COMING OUT? ME IT WAS FUN WITH YOU, YOU ARE VERY BEAUTIFUL, I LIKE YOU. AND A VERY GOOD WOMAN. She starts to pick on you as soon as you enter the hotel - like a beauty woman. If you want to be disposable - then you are welcome. And everyone has a good holiday, the hotel deserves 5 stars. I will recommend to friends and acquaintances.

I stayed at the hotel in November 2023. I liked everything very much, the hotel is at least 4 stars. There is everything you need on site. The room is cleaned every day, and water is supplied every day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are varied. Prices in the hotel restaurant are very low. Room service is also available. The beach is very close, 5-7 minutes on foot. The hotel also offers free shuttle service to Sharjah and Dubai. And I would especially like to mention the hotel staff: everyone behaves very friendly, at a professional level, extremely courteous and polite. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Excellent hotel, I was alone in October 2023, the hotel team works at 5 plus, I liked everything, I went to Lilu beach, it’s a 10-minute walk (for the UAE it’s generally close), there’s a well-maintained beach and a large swimming pool, they give towels at the entrance and wild beach, right across the road from the hotel, if you are too lazy to go to Lila, you can also swim there. I had breakfasts and dinners, the best part, dinner until 22-30, which is convenient for excursions, you have time, everything is very very tasty, the chef and director check everything, there is plenty to choose from, there were sliced ​​watermelons, grapefruits, pineapples, melons, fruit salads , you definitely won’t leave hungry - I really liked the soups, potato balls, mushrooms and shrimp. Everywhere is clean and tidy, the employees are all great - they are always helpful, smiling. I took excursions to Lila from Evgenia, I liked Abu Dhabi the most. From the hotel there is a transfer to the shops 2 times a day, but I didn’t go. I want to come again, the sea is nearby, no transfer is needed, the sea is very warm, I don’t want to leave the water. I definitely recommend this hotel!!!!

Nice small hotel close to the beach. Clean spacious rooms. Varied breakfasts. Very attentive and polite staff. Cleaning daily. Free shuttle service to shopping malls at scheduled times. The hotel team works for 5!

Здравствуйте! Хочу поделиться опытом повторного пребывания в отеле «Премьер и Лулу». Первый визит оставил приятные впечатления, однако нынешняя поездка, к сожалению, кардинально изменила моё мнение об этом месте. Прилетели рано утром. С собой был собственный чай (Greenfield), поэтому я обратилась к персоналу с вопросом, где можно взять кипяток. Мне указали на зону с чайниками для гостей. Я воспользовалась ими, налив только кипяток для своего чая. К моему удивлению, после этого с меня потребовали оплату в размере 12,99 дирхам. Сама сумма не критична, но крайне неприятно, что: об платности услуги заранее не предупредили; при моём недоумении персонал заявил, что я якобы налила ещё и молоко (чего я точно не делала); на просьбу показать запись с камер видеонаблюдения, подтверждающую использование молока, мне отказали. Считаю, что подобная практика — взимать плату за услуги без предварительного информирования гостей — недопустима. Отказ в предоставлении видеоподтверждения лишь усугубляет негативное впечатление. Крайне разочарована таким отношением к гостям. Из‑за подобных ситуаций отель рискует серьёзно подорвать свою репутацию. Не могу рекомендовать «Премьер и Лулу» другим путешественникам

Свои деньги оправдывает,берите его -не сомневайтесь.Из плюсов -рядом пляж,хорошие завтраки.Можно гулять пешком ,удобная локация,аэропорт не так далеко.Номера чистые ,но мы ехали не сидеть там.Поселили много разных экскурсий-обзорная,феррари парк,золотые пески и даже плавали в открытом океане.Буря эмоций от каждого дня! С выбором нам помог Рамиль,очень ему благодарна,и с обменом помог (сидит слева при входе) имейте в виду у гидов программы дороже и не лучшего качества,взяли первую экскурсию у них .повелись на уговоры- ну как со стадом баранов,посмотрите на лево на право ,ой проехали.....

Отель сам по себе нормальный городской, старый но в хорошем состоянии.Территории нет. Бассейн в тенечке, лежаков немного.Завтраки однообразные, мы брали только их. Персонал по виду услужлив, по факту бестолков, у меня плохо работал переключатель с душа на кран - так и не починили.Пляж в отеле Лу-лу, и это трэш. Идти 10 минут, места под зонтиками нужно занимать с раннего утра, постояльцы двух отелей никак не вмещаются на данном пространстве. Ну или приходить уже после обеда, тогда народу мало и свободно. Полотенца дают с утра, получить второй раз не получится,просят оставлять до вечера - их банально не хватает. Есть бесплатные трансферы в ТЦ, расписание выдают при заселении. Но опять же, столкнулись с тем, что в ТЦ Дейра Сити(Дубай) поехало два автобуса- один с нашего отеля, а второй с Лу-лу, а возвращаться пришлось одним- сидели друг на друге. Не хочешь - пользуйся такси. Второй раз не вернусь.
