Extremely long check-in process. Only one person at the front desk, working very slowly. This is a transit hotel for flights, so check-in should be quick. Otherwise, it's pretty decent for the price.

Great location and service, staff is very friendly, room was clean but I would like to recommend to add toothpaste and toothbrush to make the amenities more complete

I dreamt of a good hotel near the airport for an overnight stay. The staff was excellent, polite, and even offered coffee and a date.

The only decent part of this hotel is the entrance area (as seen in the photo). There's a strong smell in the room; you can't open the windows. It's a bit better with the AC on, but the musty smell is still there. The plumbing is very old, broken, and there's mold in the corners. I knew all the drawbacks when I booked, but its proximity to the airport made me take the risk. The only upside was getting the room at 10:30 AM. We checked out at 5:00 PM the same day. I do not recommend it.

This hotel is far from new. You can tell that at some point it was a decent place; the lobby even leaves a pleasant impression. But as soon as you step into the room, that impression crumbles. There's dirt on the walls, scuffed furniture, stains everywhere in the bathroom, erosion on the plumbing, and, of course, an odor in the room. Initially, we were checked into a truly awful room with dim lighting and an unpleasant smell. I asked to be moved to another, which was slightly better but also had a smell – a different one, though we somehow got used to it quickly. There were no towels, so I asked, and they brought two. I also requested a kettle for the room. Overall, the staff tries their best. Despite the overall horror, it was clear the room had been cleaned; the floors were washed, and the bed linen was white. We even lifted the mattresses to check for bed bugs, and everything was clean. No other creatures were found. There's a pool on the property, but I had no desire to take a dip, even though one woman was swimming in it. Apparently, she wasn't bothered by the chipped tiles and dirty sunbeds. The hotel also has a cafe. The waitress would look at us each time, hoping we'd order something. But after seeing the general lack of hygiene, we dreaded to imagine what their kitchen was like, so we opted for burgers at the nearest gas station. The advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the airport. However, a taxi ride still isn't cheap. We paid 30 dirhams to get to the hotel and 20 dirhams from the hotel to the airport. Walking with suitcases is out of the question, as the road has complex interchanges with no hint of sidewalks or pedestrian crossings. The hotel is old, everything is in disrepair and has long needed renovation. But if you just need to catch a few hours of sleep between flights, you can probably put up with it. And definitely bring earplugs; the door is thin, and you can hear everything happening in the hallway.

In short, you get what you pay for. This is a great location for a long layover, which is how we used it. The lobby is very nice. The room was clean and had A/C, but there was only one bath towel, and no hand towels. The bathroom was small, the tub was old and stained, but everything seemed clean. To say the mattress was firm would be an understatement, but it was fine. We didn't eat there, so no comment on that, but reception was very helpful to call us a cab back to the airport.

The only plus point is its proximity to Sharjah International Airport (around 20 AED and ~8 min by taxi 🚕). Otherwise, the hotel feels more like a lost place. The rooms are very old and musty, but at least somewhat clean. The shower (in the bathtub) is hot and has good pressure, but brown water keeps coming out. The path to the pool was blocked. I had them unlock it and then understood why it was closed. The loungers, chairs, and cushions were very dirty, lamps were hanging from the gazebo, and overall: it felt like a lost place. I wouldn't voluntarily jump into that pool 😝. A nice change of pace nearby is “Vanie” (Google Maps will show you the way 😉 - a small patisserie in a quiet side street and in the shade). This hotel won't be seeing me again.
