Room was big, pool and beach is good. Breakfast buffet, the service is very poor maybe because of lack of manpower and I saw one waiter he is using his bare hand to put the omelette on the plates.when I asked why he is not using any cutlery he told me because it’s was so busy and he is in a hurry🤯😣 then I spoke to their restaurant manager to do something not to happed again. Better to order food outside the hotel

Second time staying here. I saw many low ratings before. I came here out of curiosity. Objectively speaking, it's OK to stay in a hotel near the sea at this price. The key is to see what you want. The hotel has a small beach with a good sea view and comfortable swimming. However, the bath towels are really old. I brought my own to save trouble. There was an Indian man at the front desk who made faces. Just ignore him. Later, he was replaced by a young lady who was very nice.

In December 2023, there was a road repair near the hotel. But at the same time there was a decent discount on accommodation. Overall I liked the hotel, it was clean, the staff was polite. Breakfast is good. But next to the hotel on the sea side there is some kind of factory on the shore. The sea is not particularly dirty, apart from some household garbage, but the proximity to a working factory is embarrassing...

The place is good for people who want to catch a piece of the sea during a connection between flights!

Old room, good environment

Away along the coast there is a good sea. This is the main one!!! . Everything in the hotel is very old.

Location is awesome, 4/5, staffs are accommodating, sauna and steam was not working when I visited, sunset is 10/10. Over all stay is 8/10, parking is limited but staff are excellent, I would like to give appreciation and thanks Papiya, the receptionist, she’s so professional, accommodating and well mannered and also mustafa for helping me for the parking, assisting in my bags and these both staff make sure they will attend all my request. Thank you for the experience it was not perfect but your service is awesome. Sometimes it’s not the place but it’s the people that welcomes you. Thank you. But the beach view is 10/10.

Dirty room, no hot water, completely nothing to eat, the children had toast with jam for lunch. Absolutely not. Rooms in the deep woods are better. If you think that 5 stars in Dubai can't be bad – it can! The worst hotel we have ever been to. The situation was saved by cheap taxis and the rented car; we only returned there to sleep. There was nothing to eat anyway. The worst hotel. I didn't take photos to forget this rubbish. The New Year's Eve party was hosted by a Russian owner/manager of the hotel. A horrible person with a smile on her face. Catering was ordered from outside, everyone rushed to the food... Russian songs, Russian fun. No NO NO NO! neeeever ever.

Popular with Russian clientele. The private beach gets crowded very early and stays crowded all day. The outdoor pool is largely in the shade. 15 to 20 minute walk to the lovely public beach. The rooms are ok. The meals are a bit expensive compared to the competitors but offers good choices nevertheless.

Resort is average. The tariff is comparatively higher then the services and food quality which is beign served. The pool does not have kids section. Kids play area should have air fresheners as it is kind of in basement.

The stay was amazing, friendly staff, calm and quite place. Suggest always for families. Only negative side i have noticed which is we were trying to order from room service and no one attentted the call for long time and finally we end-up with kfc.

I'm from Egypt.. This my first time here in Sahara hotel. All people good at the hotel. Food is so good so far but the services were excellent. We will come back definitely next time. We would like to mentioned few names to thanks Sahara and management Mr. Mamun, Tanbir ND Papiya Ismail.
