Nice hotel to stay with kids. We are satisfied with the stay and enjoyed our holiday. Just the AC in the room is too noisy. Because it is old system. We couldn’t sleep at night because of noise. If we turn it off, then it is so hot in the room

swissotel is a very nice and enjoyable resort to stay in the middle level. The resort offers all-inclusive services including meals, parties and internal transfers throughout the day (semi-regular). There is an activity for children suitable for all ages. There are indoor swimming pools for all activities and also water games of a reasonable level that need maintenance and development. There is a means of transportation to the resort's private beach and also barbecue parties near the sea and internal parties daily. The quality of the food is high and the service is very high. The reception workers are respectful and very friendly. The quality of the rooms is not befitting the resort and needs to be developed significantly. The room services are good and the workers are good. There is a negative point and unfortunately it is repeated and I hope it will be solved, which is the delay of the golf cart for internal transfers for long periods even by calling the reception several times. I hope in particular that it will be solved because it is very important in emergency cases and for people with chronic diseases and the elderly. Thank you for your services

The place is amazing all inclusive is a must. Very great staff. Ali the housekeeper was so amazing for block 21. He always surprised us with amazing towel art and flowers and chocolates he was a gem. Amani the entertainment lady made sure there was never a dull moment. Ahmed from the quarter was next level he is the floor manager always made sure I had my regular table waiting for me. What an awesome experience. The Mumbai restaurant service great the food needs work

The hotel is not suitable for families with children but rather caters to an adult audience. The service level was poor and the staff were unprofessional. At check-in the reception tried to charge us extra, fictitious costs. These experiences led to a very negative stay. We strongly advise against booking this hotel if you are travelling with children.
